Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of eye acupuncture combined with exercise therapy in treating post-stroke dyskinesia with Qi deficiency and blood stasis, and to provide a more effective acupuncture method for clinical treatment of post-stroke dyskinesia with Qi deficiency and blood stasis. Methods : In this study,60 patients meeting the criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group(eye acupuncture plus exercise therapy group)30 cases and a control group(conventional acupuncture group)30 cases. Both groups underwent conventional basic treatment. The eye acupuncture points of the patients in the treatment group were located in the liver, kidney, upper jiao, lower jiao, heart and spleen regions(all bilateral),together with rehabilitation exercise therapy;control group selected points Refer to the textbook "Acupuncture and Moxibustion",the acupuncture prescription treatment of stroke, both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Record the changes of the neurological deficit score(CSS index),the simplified Fugl-Meyer motor function score(FMA),the Barthel index score and the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups before and after treatment, and evaluate the two groups’ exercise after the treatment of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type stroke The efficacy of obstacles.Use SPSS 25.0 statistical software to perform statistical analysis on the data.Results:1.Intra-group comparison: After treatment, the CSS index and TCM evidence scores of both groups improved, and the Barthel index and FMA scores decreased, which were statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.Comparison between groups: Before treatment, there was no significant difference in CSS index,FMA score,Barthel index and TCM syndrome score between the two groups of patients, and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).After treatment, the improvement of each scale score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Judgment of efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was86.67%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%,which was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.Eye acupuncture combined with exercise therapy and conventional acupuncture can effectively improve the nerve function, motor function and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of patients with dyskinesia after stroke with deficiency of qi and blood stasis, and improve the patients’ ability of daily living.2.The clinical efficacy of eye acupuncture combined with exercise therapy in treating post-stroke dyskinesia of Qi deficiency and blood stasis is significantly better than conventional acupuncture.
