Risk Control Strategy Of Internet + Nursing Services Based On SARF Theory

With the continuous development of Internet technology,the role of "Internet + nursing services" as an emerging service model in the nursing industry to solve the problem of nursing resource shortage is becoming more and more significant.In the research on regulating the development of "Internet + nursing services" in China,there is still a certain lack of how to avoid risks from the source and dissemination process in a timely manner.The article is divided into six parts,The first part of the article provides an overview of the risk study of "Internet+Nursing Service" in the context of the research background,significance,current status of domestic and international research,research methods and ideas.The second part starts from the basic overview and main contents of "Internet + nursing services" and the the social amplification of risk framework,firstly,it analyses the basic concepts of "Internet + nursing services",risk society and the social amplification of risk framework,and explains The main meaning of "Internet + nursing services",the basic content of the social amplification of risk framework,including the content of services,the main mechanisms of the theoretical framework of the characteristics and attributes of "Internet + nursing services" and the practical application,and then analyze and summarize It then analyses and summarizes the differences between "Internet + nursing services" and traditional nursing services,and explains the feasibility of the social amplification of risk framework for the study of "Internet + nursing services" risks.The third part analyses the social amplification of risk framework in the process of researching the risks of "Internet + nursing services".The article is based on the results of interviews with nursing staff.Firstly,the risks associated with traditional nursing services and Internet technology are sorted out,and then the risks arising from the interaction between the process of "Internet + nursing services"(online booking,offline services and post-assessment)are systematically summarised.In the fourth part,the social amplification of risk framework is used to analyse the reasons for the amplification of risk information and the ripple effects(public interest concerns,stigma effects,etc.)caused by the amplification of the process of "Internet + nursing services"(online booking,offline services and post-assessment).The fifth section proposes countermeasures for risk avoidance in "Internet + nursing services".As a new product of the sharing economy,"Internet + nursing services" will continue to face risks in the process of development.In the light of the risk generation and amplification process analysed above,this paper proposes reasonable countermeasures to reduce interaction risks,control risk amplification and reduce the secondary effects of risks,drawing on similar "Internet+" service models.The sixth section summarises the article in a comprehensive and systematic manner,and provides a brief overview of the innovative aspects and shortcomings of the article.
