Objective: To explore the application effect of music intervention in physical development, feeding situation, neural function development and ventilation, length of stay and hospitalization costs of premature infants using non-invasive ventilation during hospitalization. Methods: A prospective randomized controlled clinical trial was conducted.200 premature infants who were ventilated by noninvasive ventilator after admission were randomly divided into two groups: control group and intervention group, with 100 cases in each group.Among them, the control group received general treatment and nursing, while the intervention group received music intervention on this basis, with the frequency of 30 min once a day, lasting for 2 weeks. The daily weight gain, the time to regain birth weight, the daily milk intake after intervention, fasting, the use of breathing machine and nerve development were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the daily weight gain of the experimental group was significantly higher(P<0.05),and th e time to recover to birth weight was significantly shorter(6.07±2.47d).The daily milk intake of music intervention group(93.85±25.31ml/kg.d)was higher than that of control group(70.61±19.84ml/kg.d).F asting rate and fasting time in music intervention group(26%;13.88±37.80h)was lower than that of the control group(46%;27.72±43.57h).The experimental group used parenteral nutrition for a shorter ti me(P<0.05),and the NBNA score was higher at 42 weeks after co rrecting gestational age.The length of stay(18.03±10.84d)and hospit alization costs(27543.47±16371.40 RMB)in experimental group were lower than those in control group(22.97±9.22d;32645.79±14181.26 RMB).However, there was no significant difference between the t wo groups in terms of ventilation time and improvement of the failur e rate of withdrawal. Conclusion: Early music intervention for preterm infants using non-invasive ventilators can promote physical development, improve f eeding, shorten the length of hospitalization, reduce hospitalization co sts,and promote the development of neurological function. |
