Objective:To compare the therapeutic effects of Aflibercept Ophthalmic Injection and Conbercept Ophthalmic Injection on Wet Age-related Macular Degeneration(wAMD),so as to provide reference for the choice of clinical medication scheme of wAMD and better guarantee for the visual prognosis of patients.Methods:50 patients recently diagnosed with wAMD were randomly divided into two groups,25 cases in the Aflibercept Group and 25 In the Conbercept Group. In the 0th,the 4th,the 8th week,be glass body cavity VEGF drugs injection respectively, the best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),macular central retinal thickness(CRT)were observed and recorded,OCTA scanning in the macular area center near the concave and the center of the shallow density of blood vessels and drug safety of the week 0,week 4,week 8,week 12,observing the index changes and differences compared two groups of the indicators. Results:Between the two groups(n=25).BCVA(Log MAR)FOI0.87.0.43 In week 0 and 0.58.52 in week 0 and 0.53.0.31 In week 12 of the Conbercept group there was no significant difference in the basic characteristics(type of eye,age,gender,BCVA,CRT,calf-macular vascular density and calf-macular surface).with statistically significant differences between the two groups compared to before treatment(P.<0.05).The CRT of Aflibercept group at week 0 was380.60um±224.92um,and 230.40um±151.04um at week 12.The CRT of Conbercept group at week 0 was 361.96um±191.42um,and235.96um±121.62um at week 12.Compared with before treatment, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The vascular density in the fovea of the macular area of the Aflibercept group at week 0 was 7.32mm-1±4.71mm-1,and 5.42mm-1±4.70mm-1 at week 12.The vascular density in the fovea of the Aflibercept group at week0 was 6.44mm-1±3.75mm-1,and 5.08mm-1±3.93mm-1 at week 12.There was no significant difference between the two MS groups compared to the previous treatment(P>0.05).The superficial vascular density in the area of macula In the week 0 FOI 17.42mm-1,33mm-1and 15.73mm-1,4,5mm-1,Week 12.Vascular density in the area of macula In the week 0.FOI16.4mm-1±1.3.95mm-1In the area of macula In week 0.In the week was12.43mm-1±1.3.60mm-1and there was no statistically significant difference between the two EM groups compared to treatment(P>0.05).The changes of BCVA(Log MAR)and CRT were 0.29±0.25,0.15mm±0.17mm and1.91mm-1±4.35mm-1 in the macular fovea during 3 months. In the macular area, the change of superficial vascular density near the fovea was1.69mm-1±3.95mm-1.The change of BCVA(Log MAR)and CRT in the Conbercept group were 0.38±0.35 and 0.14mm±0.13mm during 3 months. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05)Two cases of subconjunctive bleeding(a case in the Aflibercept Group and a case in the Compacsetia Group)and self-absorbed.There was a significant difference in intraocular pressure between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).lens opacity, vitreal bleeding, cardiovascular accident and other adverse events in the two groups. Conclusion:In the treatment of wAMD,intravitreal injection of Aflibercept and Conbercept You can effectively improve visual acuity and reduce CRT,but there was no significant difference in vascular density in macular fovea and superficial parafovea compared with before treatment. There was no significant difference in the improvement of visual acuity,CRT,vascular density in macular fovea and superficial vascular density in parafovea of wAMD after 3 months of continuous injection of Aflibercept and Conbercept.Higher concentration of anti-VEGF drugs does not necessarily lead to better treatment effect for WAMD.So far, both Aflibercept and Conbercept have shown good efficacy and no significant difference.
