The Clinical Research Of Purging Lung Comprehensive Therapy Of Traditonal Chinese Medicine Prevents And Treats Acute Leukemia After Chemotherapy With Invasive Pulmonary Aspergillosis

Objective: Clinical efficacy and significance by discussing the impact of Purging lung comprehensive therapy of TCM.In order to precaution and therapy of infecting IPA patients with acute leukemia.Methods: Study 1:In the light of the physiological and pathological characteristics of IPA patients united with the foundation of TCM to understand the lung.This study designed a set of purging lung comprehensive therapy of TCM.Study 2:From May2019 to December 2020,the patients who conformed to the inclusion criteria were randomly split into two groups.The control group used with antifungal western medicine.The treatment group adopted with purging lung comprehensive iatreusis of TCM the foundation of symptomatic treatment.From the beginning day of chemotherapy,the infection of Aspergillus lung was observed and recorded.The symptoms,blood routine and infection index were collected and analyzed.Results: Study 1:Based on lung respiratory,defense barrier,immune and metabolic secretion function,combined with the invasive pulmonary Aspergillus infection mechanism in patients with hematological diseases and cognized lung function and syndrome differentiation,purging lung comprehensive therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine was designed and recorded as a reference for guiding the operation of patients.Study 2:⑴Before treatment,there was no difference in sex,age,lung function,blood routine,infection index score before treatment(P>0.05).⑵After 3 weeks of treatment,the total scores of two groups TCM syndromes were declined.The overall symptom improvement in the treatment group was more superior than another group.The comparison between the both groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).⑶After 3 weeks of training of TCM,the treatment group infection rate was 22.7%and the other was 55.6%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the prevention IPA of traditional Chinese medicine combined therapy had clinical effect.⑷After 3 weeks of treatment,the treatment group infection rate was 60% and the other was 26.7%.The cruative effect was no statistical significant(P>0.05).⑸The pulmonary function index(PEF、FEV1)of the treatment group increased after3 weeks of treatments.The two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The control group of the FEV1 index was declining along with time.It shows that chemotherapy can damage lung function.⑹The values of white blood cells,lymphocytes and neutrophils decreased after 3weeks between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).But they had no statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).⑺Three weeks after treatment,C reactive protein,(1-3)β-D-glucan,Aspergillus antibody,although the abnormal index decreased after treatment,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05),the two groups of procalcitonin was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: This study combines clinical and theoretical knowledge to design a set of TCM lung-purging therapy and make a teaching demonstration video.Purging lung comprehensive therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine is satisfactory in the treatment and prevention of IPA patients with acute leukemia.It can reduce the overall infection rate of chemotherapy patients,effectively prevent the infection of invasive aspergillosis after chemotherapy,and effective to improve patients discomfort,breathing training operations are simple,comprehensive therapies have less side effects.It is worthy of further clinical promotion and research.
