Objective By observation the clinical effect of abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and conventional acupuncture on insomnia of heart and spleen deficiency after stroke, the differences of the clinical effect between the two methods were objectively analyzed,in order to provide a new ideal and methods for acupuncture treatment of insomnia after stroke. Methods 70 cases of post-stroke insomnia patients with deficiency of both heart and spleen were randomly divided into observation group(abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group)and control group(conventional acupuncture group),with 35 cases in each group. The observation group used the abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture, and the conventional acupuncture was used to the control group. After 4 weeks of continuous treatment, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores and TCM symptom scores before and after treatment were compared to analyze evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups. The data what was collected in the research was analyzed with SPSS23.0.Results 1.Age,gender,course of disease and types of insomnia drugs between the two groups were not significant different(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in PSQI scores and TCM symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups had comparability.2.PSQI scores and TCM syndrome scores after treatment were obviously different between the abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture group and conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05),and the score after treatment was lower than that before treatment, indicating that both groups had clinical efficacy.3.After the remedy, the PSQI mark and the TCM syndrome mark of the observation group were less than those of the control group. The difference was telling(P<0.05),it shows that the observation group(acupuncture combined with body acupuncture)was better than the control group(conventional acupuncture).4.Observe the curative effect between the two groups after treatment. The effective rate in the observation group was 88.57%,and in the control group the effective rate was 82.86%.There was significant difference in efficacy evaluation between the two groups(P<0.05).It shows that the clinical efficacy of the observation group(acupuncture combined with body acupuncture)in the treatment of insomnia patients with heart and spleen deficiency after stroke was better than that of the control group(conventional acupuncture)because the observation group had a lower rank mean. Conclusions 1.Abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and conventional acupuncture are an effective treatment for insomnia of heart and spleen deficiency after stroke.2.Abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture has better clinical efficacy in the treatment of insomnia with heart and spleen deficiency after stroke. In improving sleep quality, sleep time and sleep efficiency, abdominal acupuncture combined with body acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture... |
