Study On The Influence Of IVF-ET Failure On The Mental State And Reproductive Quality Of Life Of Infertile Patients Based On The Theory Of "Emotional Disease"

Objective Evaluation of liver depression syndrome,psychological evaluation scale-90symptoms(Symptom Check list-90,SCL-90)studies of in vitro fertilization-embryo transplantation(In vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET)Difference between the mental state of failure patients and normal married and educated women,Using the Fertility Quality of Life Scale(The fertility quality of life,Ferti Qo L)Assess the reproductive quality of life of patients with IVF-ET failure,Further discuss the influence of IVF-ET failures on female psychological status and quality of life,It provides data support for the theory of "emotion-induced disease" and the clinical use of "emotion-regulation method" to improve the psychological state and quality of life of IVF-ET failed patients.Methods According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion standards,a total of 230 IVF-ET infertility patients failed in the Reproductive Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2021,and 230 normal married women with childbearing who went in the physical examination center at the same period were selected as the control group.The general data and psychological status of patients were evaluated by general data questionnaire,liver depression syndrome evaluation scale and SCL-90 scale,the quality of life of IVF-ET failed patients was evaluated by Ferti Qo L scale,data input by double check method and statistical analysis by SPSS21.0 software.Results In total,460 questionnaires were distributed,450,recovery rate was 97.8%,including 424 effective questionnaires,224 in IVF-ET failed group,200 in control group and the effective questionnaire rate was 94.2%.1.General information comparison.IVF-ET failure patients had no statistical differences in age,BMI,residence,only child,education,occupation,income,marriage history(p>0.05);statistical differences in the history of adverse pregnancy(p<0.05).2.Comparison of Score of Liver Depression Syndrome Scale In comparison of the two groups,18.42±4.69,12.22±5.07 in control group,and the two groups were statistically significant(t=13.095,p<0.001).The influencing factors related to the scale score of patients with IVF-ET failure showed that the scale score had no statistical difference in residence,spouse,culture,occupation,income,marriage history,infertility type,infertility years,adverse pregnancy history(p<0.05),age and BMI(p>0.05).3.Comparison of Score of SCL-90 Comparing SCL-90 scale scores between the two groups,IVF-ET failed 136.44±27.42;control group 117.96±15.57(p<0.05).Comparison of the factor distribution in various dimensions showed statistical differences in somatization,compulsive symptoms,relationships,relationships,depression,anxiety,hostility,psychosis,and other factors(sleep,diet,etc.)(p<0.001)and no statistical significance(p<0.05).Ferti Qo L scores of IVF-ET infertile patients.4.Ferti Qo L Scale score of patients with IVF-ET failure The Ferti Qo L scale score of IVF-ET failure was 58.56±9.56,the core module was 59.26±11.15.The four dimensions were from low to high,emotional,mental body,social relationship,and marital relationship;the selective treatment module was 67.90±12.56,and the two dimensions in the module were from high to low to treatment tolerance and treatment environment.The factors affecting Ferti Qo L scale scores for IVF-ET failure showed that Ferti Qo L scores showed statistical difference in occupation,income,residence,marriage history,infertility years,adverse pregnancy history(p<0.05),age,culture,whether BMI,couples were only child,infertility type,IVF cause(p>0.05).5.Correlation between psychological score and reproductive quality of life score in patients with IVF-ET failure According to the analysis results of Pearson,the total scale score and SCL-90 scale were negatively related to the total score of the Ferti Qo L scale;the 10 dimensions of the SCL-90 scale were negatively related to the Ferti Qo L scale related module(p<0.01).The distribution of SCL-90 scores in IVF-ET failed infertile patients.6.Effect of IVF-ET Failure on patient psychological score and reproductive quality of life score IVF-ET failure scored 16.82±4.28,17.32±4.52,21.20±4.36,three differences were statistically significant(p<0.001).SCL-90 scale score of 118.08±12.27,133.76±14.53,score of 170.42±26.80,and three differences were statistically significant(p<0.001).A Ferti Qo L scale score of 63.25±7.51,59.22±7.56,49.91±9.11,and three differences(p<0.001).Conclusion1.IVF-ET failure has a adverse effect on the psychological state and quality of life of infertility patients,and the increase of IVF-ET failure,which will aggravate the degree of liver depression and psychological stress,and reduce the quality of life.Clinically,the TCM "regulating emotion and Chronicles method" can be used for infertility patients with IVF-ET treatment,in order to improve their psychological stress status and their quality of life level.2.Patients with remarriage,long infertility life,and IVF-ET failure with a history of adverse pregnancy have a high level of liver depression and psychological stress,and their reproductive quality of life is low.Clinical attention should be paid to the psychological adjustment of such patients.
