Objective:To observe the clinical value of prophylactic use of low-dose lobaplatin in peritoneal thermal lavage chemotherapy during radical resection of colorectal cancer. Methods:The hospitalization data of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer in the Department of Gastroenteroanorectal Surgery in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were collected. After strict screening,A total of 83 patients were obtained, and they were named the study group(39 cases)and the control group(44 cases)according to the different treatment method.Among them, all patients in the control group underwent laparoscopic simple radical resection of colorectal cancer. In addition to completing the radical resection, patients in the study group received lobaplatin solution for intraperitoneal thermal lavage chemotherapy before the end of the radical operation.Patients in both groups received postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy according to the situation, and were followed up regularly for 5 years. The differences in various indicators after surgery were compared between the two groups of patients, including the time of anal exhaust and defecation, complications, toxic and side effects and long-term survival. Results: There was no statistical significance in the general information between the two groups(P>0.05).The postoperative recovery time of intestinal exhaust was(3.4±0.2)d and(3.2±0.7)d,the recovery time of intestinal defecation was(5.4±1.4)d and(5.2±1.6)d,the extubation time was(8.6±1.7)d and(8.5±1.4)d,and the postoperative hospitalization time was(11.8±3.8)d and(12.2±2.4)d in 2 groups, respectively, and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).There were no significant differences in postoperative complications such as Anastomotic leakage,intra-abdominal/anastomotic bleeding, intestinal obstruction, poor incision healing, pulmonary infection and postoperative toxic and side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).The survival analysis of the study group and the control group showed that the 5-year tumor-free survival rates of the two groups were 53.8% and 31.8%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=5.321,P=0.021).Compared with the control group, the overall survival rate of the study group was higher,82.1% and 61.4%(χ2 = 4.471,P = 0.034).Conclusion:(1)The application of low-dose lobaplatin in intraperitoneal thermal lavage chemotherapy for colorectal cancer does not increase postoperative complications and adverse reactions, and has good safety and tolerability.(2)For patients with colorectal cancer complicated with high risk factors for postoperative peritoneal metastasis, early postoperative prophylactic peritoneal thermal lavage chemotherapy can effectively inhibit the recurrence and metastasis of postoperative abdominal tumors and improve the long-term prognosis of patients.
