Wound healing has become a problem that plagues medical staff because there are many influencing factors in the process of wound healing,which makes it very difficult to treat wounds.Traditional wound treatment methods separate wound healing from wound detection,first disinfect the wound and then apply drugs for treatment,and then evaluate the degree of wound healing during regular dressing change.It will not only cause secondary injury to patients’wounds but also lead to serious consequences such as untimely dressing change due to the failure of monitor the wound healing in real-time.Therefore,it is a significant topic to monitor the degree of healing while healing the wound.Accordingly,this study used silk fibroin(SF)electrospun film as the base material,allantoin(Al)as the drug,and polydopamine@Carbon nanotubes(PCNT)as the conductive material.The SF-PCNT-AL film was prepared by electrospinning and spraying.Combined with the hardware circuit,an intelligent conductive dressing was prepared,which can be used for wound treatment and monitoring at the same time.The test results showed that the SF-PCNT-AL film has excellent mechanical property,the tensile rate can reach 62%,and the maximum tensile strength is 1.6 MPa.And the electrical properties of the film are extremely excellent,with a conductivity of 1.28m S cm-1.Besides,with the aid of glycerin,the SF-PCNT-AL film showed excellent moisturizing property.Finally,the results of the full-thickness skin lesion repair test in mice showed that SF-PCNT-AL film can promote wound tissue regeneration and accelerate wound healing.The results of simulated body fluid drop response experiments show that the resistivity of the dressing constructed by the SF-PCNT-AL film will produce a sensitive linear response with the change of tissue fluid volume.By monitoring the voltage change of the SF-PCNT-AL film,the degree of wound healing can be obtained indirectly.In this study,a dressing based on SF was prepared for wound treatment and monitoring at the same time,and its properties were studied.SF-PCNT-AL dressing has excellent mechanical properties,moisture retention,air permeability,and biocompatibility.The dressing can not only accelerate wound healing but also indirectly monitor the degree of wound healing.Therefore,SF-PCNT-AL dressing provides a new idea for wound care,and it is expected to be used as a wearable flexible dressing for the treatment and monitoring of chronic wounds.
