The Effects Of Sacubitril/valsartan On Electrical Remodeling In Heart Hailure With Reduced Ejection Fration

Cardiac Electrical remodeling occurs at the same time as cardiac structural remodeling takes shape in heart failure,facilitates the occurrence of arrhythmias including atrial and ventricular arrhythmias and so forth.Some clinical studies have shown that Sacubitril/valsartan ameliorates ventricular electrical remodeling and reduce the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmias in patients with HFrEF,while some clinical studies have shown that Sacubitril/valsartan is associated with the occurrence of ventricular arrhythmias in patients with HFrEF.There have also been clinical studies that found Sacubitril/valsartan ameliorate atrial electrical remodeling and reduce the occurrence of atrial arrhythmias.Sacubitril/valsartan may affect cardiac electrical remodeling by improving pathological electrical remodeling and ion channel expression levels in heart failure,but the specific mechanism remains unclear.Sacubitril/valsartan is expected to reduce ICD implantation and serve as an upstream drug for the treatment of atrial fibrillation among patients with HFrEF.
