Objective: To research the relation between serum level of CA125、CA199、CEA、SCC and the clinicopathologic characteristics,as well as the relation between serum level of CA125、CA199、CEA、SCC and the prognosis of patients with cervical adenocarcinoma,so as to provide the references for improving the prognosis of the cervical adenocarcinoma patients. Methods: The information of 252 cases of cervical adenocarcinoma admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University from January 1,2015 to December 31,2019 were analyzed retrospectively, including name, admission number, age, phone number,BMI,FIGO stage, myometrial invasion, tumor size,LVSI,LNM,therapy method,DFS.The cut-off levels of CA125、CA 199、CEA、SCC are respectively 35 U/m L,27 U/m L,10 ng/m L,1.5 ng/m L.Patients are divided into 4 groups according to FIGO stage, into 3 groups according to the tumor size, into 2groups according to the myometrial invasion, into 2 groups accordiong to the LVSI,into 2 groups according to the LNM.DFS is defined as the time from surgery date or the first therapy to recurrence or death or follow-end.SPSS 25.0 software was used for statistical analysis. Results: Elevated serum CA125 were associated with FIGO stage, tumor size,LNM.Elevated serum CA199 were associated with FIGO stage, tumor size, myometrial invasion,LVSI,LNM.Elevated serum CEA were associated with FIGO stage, tumor size.Elevated serum SCC were not associated with any clinicopathologic characteristics.Kaplan–Meier survival curve shows that the elevated serum CA125 and CEA might have significant prognostic implications in cervical adenocarcinoma patients.COX regression analyses revealed that FIGO stage, tumor size, serum CEA served as the independent predictor of cervical adenocarcinoma patients. Conclusions: The levels of serum CA125,CA199,CEA are associated with clinicopathologic characteristics of cervical adenocarcinoma patients. The preoperative serum levels of CEA,FIGO stage, tumor size independently predicted the prognosis of ADC,while the preoperative serum levels of CA125 may predicted the prognosis of ADC.
