In the era of big data and intelligence,we always have a further pursuit for the measurement of tiny signals,which is contribute significantly to the development of new sensors and high-precision detection systems.Compared with traditional sensors,the Quartz Crystal Microbalance(QCM),not only brings more research directions to the sensor field,but also brings a new solution to high-precision sensing and measurement.All these positive changes is directed by the unique characteristics of QCM,whose high sensitivity,good stability,and diversity imparted by different coatings.The QCM has such excellent characteristics thanks to the combination of advantages in physics,chemistry,materials and other fields.The main contents of this paper could be summarized as follows:1.This article expands from the basic structure of QCM,introduces the basic detection theory of QCM and the derivation of related formulas,focuses on the analysis in liquid media of the QCM,discusses the correlation between the liquid load and the frequency response of the QCM,and then briefly describes the measurement principle of network analyzer(NA)meanwhile compared with the traditional measurement method of the oscillation circuit,and finally combinded with the model of liquid media to give the overall design and the realization of QCM coagulation detection system which is based on NA detection principle are presented.2.This paper designs a QCM detection system to observe blood coagulation,after studing the detection signal flow diagram of the entire system,through the overall structure block diagram of the hardware platform,combines the QCM frequency response with the measurement parameters of the network analyzer,and finds the key points that the detection system software needs to monitor.And then studies the relevant protocol and configuration of communication,and finally realized the communication with the USB virtual serial port.And constructes the framework of the host computer system with Python,which realized the interface design,communication,signal processing,data storage and data visualization of the host computer system.Finally processing the communication process between the host computer system and the hardware platform,and realize the real-time monitoring,recording and analysis of blood coagulation experiment data.3.Introduces the framework of the host computer system in the QCM coagulation detection system in detail,and further explains how to use Python to realize the interface design,communication,signal processing,data storage in the visual processing of the host computer system,and some small functions which make the user experience better.Finally shows the monitoring effect of coagulation test,and analyzes the results of the related coagulation test.
