| There are more than 120 genera and more than 2100 species of Annonaceae in the world. As a family under the order Magnolias, its species and distribution areas are relatively wide, mostly distributed in tropical and subtropical regions of the eastern hemisphere.Past studies have shown that Annonaceae plants have the functions of health care, nutrition and folk medicinal value. They contain a variety of chemical components such as flavonoids and alkaloids.Because of their significant biological activity, they have attracted the attention of scholars.Fissistigma minuticalyx(Mc Gr.Et WW Sm.)is a plant of the genus Fissistigma of the Annonaceae family. As a rare climbing shrub,it grows above 800 meters above sea level, mostly in Yunnan and Guizhou in China. There is no artificial introduction and cultivation in dense forests and other areas.Fissistigma minuticalyx belongs to the genus Fissistigma, but whether this plant has similar chemical composition or biological activity of other plants in the same genus has not been reported in related researches. In order to deepen the understanding of medicinal plants of the genus Fissistigma and provide an experimental basis for the scientific application of Fissistigma minuticalyx,we comprehensively applied chromatographic separation technology and modern spectroscopy analysis methods to the 95% ethanol extract The chemical components of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extraction sites were studied. As a result of the experiment,31 compounds were isolated and identified, including 8 Polyynes(1-4,6-9),9 lignans(5,10-17),and 4 xylinoids(18 -21),4 coumarins(22-25),4 aromatics(26-29),1sesquiterpenoid(30),and 1 alkaloid(31).There are 5 new compounds among these compounds, all of which are isolated from this plant for the first time. The NO inhibition experiments were performed on acetylene compounds(1-4,6-9),and the results showed that all tested compounds have a good inhibitory effect on NO production, suggesting that these compounds have potential anti-inflammatory activity.Additionally, the research progress of chemical constituents of Fissistigmawas systematically reviewed in thisthesis for providing a reference for theplant. |
