Objective:The expression of ube2 c and STMN1 protein in 90 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma and 90 cases of adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between ube2 c,STMN1and clinicopathological parameters of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma and the relationship between ube2 c and STMN1 were discussed. The significance of ube2 c and STMN1 in the occurrence, development and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma was further discussed. Methods:From January 2017 to December 2019,90 cases of HCC tissue samples and 90 cases of normal liver tissue samples were selected from the first Central Hospital of Baoding city after radical hepatectomy. The selection criteria should be at least 1cm away from the tumor margin, and at the same time, two pathologists confirmed that they were normal liver tissue. The expression of ube2 c and STMN1 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry(IHC).The experimental data were recorded truthfully and completely. The statistical software spss26.0 was used for analysis.According to the test standard P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Results:1.The positive rates of ube2 c expression in HCC and adjacent normal tissues were 80% and 25.6% respectively. There were significant differences in the expression of ube2 c in HCC,and the results were higher than those in adjacent tissues,so the results were statistically significant(P < 0.05),suggesting that ube2 c is related to the biological behavior of HCC.In the process of up-regulation of ube2 c expression, the results were related to the degree of tumor differentiation. In TNM stage and distant metastasis, the expression results were more obvious,so the results were statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant correlation between ube2 c expression and age, gender, tumor number,HBs Ag,etc.(P > 0.05).2.The expression of STMN1 in HCC and adjacent normal tissues was78.9% and 22.2%,respectively.The expression of STMN1 in HCC was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P < 0.05).The expression level of STMN1 protein was related to the degree of differentiation and metastasis of HCC patients, and also related to the difference of TMN staging,so it had statistical significance with these three results(P < 0.05),but had no significant correlation with age, gender, tumor number,HBs Ag,etc.(P > 0.05).3.There was a positive correlation between STMN1 and ube2 c gene expression(r = 0.286,P < 0.05)Conclusion:1.The increased expression of STMN1 and ube2 c in hepatocellular carcinoma is related to the clinicopathological features of patients, which indicates that they are involved in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma, and have certain guiding significance in the early diagnosis and prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.2.There was a positive correlation between the expression of STMN1 and ube2c,suggesting that STMN1 plays an important role in the pathogenesis of HCC and ube2 c plays an important role in the development of HCC. |
