Objective:To study the influence of multiple infection of HPV and single high risk infection on the occurrence and development of cervical lesions,to explore the rule of multiple infection of HPV,and to study the corresponding management mode,so as to find, diagnose and treat cervical precancerous lesions early, reduce the incidence of cervical cancer. Methods:The relationship between HPV infection and cervical lesions was analyzed retrospectively in patients with high-risk HPV type positive and colposcopy cervical biopsy from October 2018 to October 2019 in the gynecological outpatient department of the first Central Hospital of Baoding.According to the high-risk HPV infection, the patients were divided into three groups:Group A:single high-risk HPV infection(158 cases);Group B:Multiple high-risk HPV infection(94 cases);Group C:single high-risk-low-risk mixed HPV infection(26 cases). The gold standard of cervical lesions was the results of biopsy under colposcopy.According to the degree of disease, there were no negative for intraepithelial lesions(Nilm),low-grade Bethesda System intraepithelial lesions(LSIL),high-grade intestinal intraepithelial lesions(HSIL)and cervical squamous-cell Carcinoma(SCC)Results:1.Among the 278HR-HPV infections,120 were multiple infections, accounting for 44.44%.The proportion of double infection was the highest(94/120,78.33%),and the most was six infection.HPV16,HPV52 and hpv56 were the top three infection types in single infection(50/158,31.56%),(21/158,13.29%),(18/158,11.39%).The most commonmultiple infection was HPV16 infection(32120,26.67%).There were 14 cases of cervical squamous-cell Carcinoma,10 cases of HPV16/18 infection(11/14,78.57%).2.There was no significant difference in the detection rate of cervical lesions and cervical squamous cell carcinoma among the patients with HPV infection of 16/18 type(P>0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the detection rate of cervical lesions and cervical squamous cell carcinoma among non-16/18 HPV high-risk patients(P>0.05).4.In a single high-risk infection(group A):HPV infection with 16/18 type is a risk factor for cervical lesions and cervical squamous cell carcinoma. For LSIL,the OR is 1.502(1.124-2.006),containing 16/18 Type HPV infection is 1.502 times that of non-16/18 HR-HPV infection with LSIL;for HSIL,the OR is 4.904(2.159-11.140),Infection with 16/18 HPV was 4.904 times more common than HSILwith non-16/18 HR-HPV.For SCC,the OR was 9.895(2.309-42.393).HPV infection with 16/18 type was 9.895 times that of non-16/18 HR-HPV infection with SCC.Conclusion:HR-HPV multiple infection does not increase the risk of cervical lesions, clinical diagnosis and treatment should pay more attention to the type of infection, especially the management and follow-up of patients with HPV16/18 subtype infection, rather than the number of HPV infection.
