Objective:Observe the changes of serum CXC chemokine ligand 16(CXCLl6)and interleukin-33(IL-33)levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and explore the effects of serum CXCLl6 and IL-33 in acute cerebral infarction the value in prediction,to study the relationship between serum CXCL16,IL-33 levels and the degree of neurological deficits and the influence of berberine hydrochloride on the prognosis of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:From April 2018 to December 2019,The control group is healthy people from the physical examination department of the First Central Hospital of Baoding City,Hebei Province.Taking their venous blood, and detecting the level of CXCL16 and IL-33 in the serum after centrifugation using ELISA.During this period,Collecting 132 patients with acute cerebral infarction who come the third neurology department as the case group. The two groups were in age, gender, body mass index(BMI),etc.is no significant difference in the difference(P>0.05).The above patients were randomly divided into berberine(BBR)group and case control group(66 cases in each). The BBR group is added on the basis of the treatment of the case control group.Berberine hydrochloride tablets(0.5g,twice a day),venous blood was collected before treatment and 14 days after treatment to detect CXCL16 and IL-33 levels and used the National Institute of Health stroke scale(National Institute of Health stroke scale,NIHSS)for scoring. All data were analyzed by SPSS22.0statistical software, and P<0.05 was considered as statistically significant.Results:1.The CXCL16 levels(2.67±1.02)and IL-33 levels(416.12±131.36)in patients with acute cerebral infarction were significantly higher than those in the normal control group(1.07±0.49,t=14.326,P < 0.01),(163.56±52.69,t= 17.982,P<0.01)2.The area under the curve of serum CXCL16 and IL-33 in the prediction of cerebral infarction are 0.879(95% confidence interval0.833~0.925)and 0.892(95% confidence interval 0.845~0.940),respectively,and the sensitivity is 81.1%,83.3%respectively,the specificity is 93.9%,96.9% respectively.3.The CXCL16 levels and IL-33 levels were positively correlated with NIHSS(r=0.812,P<0.05)and negatively correlated(r=-0.635,P<0.05)after Pearson correlation analysis.4.Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the CXCL16 level(2.60±0.96,2.73±1.08)and IL-33 level(415.33±128.48,416.91±135.16)of the case control group and the BBR group,After treatment, the CXCL16 level(1.16±0.61)of the BBR group was lower than the control group(1.78±0.63,t=-5.716,P<0.05),and the IL-33 level(318.41±127.10)was higher than the control group(236.29±86.35,t=4.342,P<0.05).5.There was no significant difference in NIHSS scores(8.86±4.48,9.33±4.51)between the case control group and the BBR group before treatment; After treatment, the NIHSS scores(5.83±3.06,4.18±2.26)were significantly lower than before(P<0.01),and the difference in NIHSS of the BBR group(5.15±3.70)was significantly greater than that of the case control group(3.03±2.58,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.CXCL16 and IL-33 may be involved in the pathophysiological process of acute cerebral infarction.2.Serum CXCL16 and IL-33 levels may be relevant indicators for the prediction of cerebral infarction, and can reflect the recovery degree of neurological deficits, and may also be reference indicators for the prognosis evaluation of acute cerebral infarction.3.Berberine hydrochloride can reduce serum CXCL16 levels and neurological deficits in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and slow down the decline of IL-33 levels, suggesting that berberine may improve the prognosis of acute cerebral infarction.4.In the clinic, berberine hydrochloride can be added as appropriate for patients with acute cerebral infarction.
