| Objective: Establish a quality evaluation method for the optimization of the classic prescription "Jiegeng Decoction " to verify its anti-inflammatory effect,further study the effects of Jiegeng Decoction on alcoholic liver injury and chemical liver damage,observe the protective effect of Jiegeng Decoction on the liver and its preliminary mechanism,Provide a certain experimental basis for further research on the protective effect of Jiegeng Decoction on the liver.Method: Optimize the extraction process,verify the anti-inflammatory effect of the optimized Jiegeng Decoction through acute and chronic inflammation,and study the protective effect of the optimized Jiegeng Decoction on the liver through the establishment of chemical and alcoholic liver injury models.Result:The extraction effect is best when the reflux extraction is performed 3 times,the amount of water is 20 times each time,and the extraction time is 1 h each time.The content determination showed that the contents of platycodin D,glycyrrhizin and glycyrrhizin in the Jiegeng Decoction after the optimized process were all higher than the standard decoction;this experimental method has high precision,good stability,and negative without interference;characteristic map.The results of the method investigation showed that the stability RSD% of this experimental method was 1.24%,and the repeatability RSD% was 1.92%,which can be used as one of the quality control standards of Campanulaceae Decoction.After optimization,Jiegeng Decoction has obvious anti-inflammatory effects.Jiegeng Decoction has a good preventive and protective effect on the liver.Conclusion:This experiment optimized the extraction process of Jiegeng Decoction,and formulated related detection methods.Finally,it verified the inhibitory effect of the optimized Jiegeng Decoction on inflammation and its protective effect on chemical liver injury and alcoholic liver injury. |
