Observation On The Curative Effect Of Acupuncture Combined With Atorvastatin Calcium On The Treatment Of Vulnerable Carotid Plaque In Patients With Cerebral Infarction

PurPose:To observe the effect of Tong Tiao acupuncture combined with atorvastatin calcium on carotid artery vulnerable plaque in patients with cerebral infarction.To explore a better treatment plan for the treatment of vulnerable carotid plaques in patients with cerebral infarction,to further demonstrate the advantages of regulating acupuncture in the treatment of the disease,and to standardize the selection of points for the treatment of vulnerable carotid plaques in patients with cerebral infarction by regulating regulating acupuncture.And the operation method,provide clinical reference for further promotion and application.Method:The 60 patients with cerebral infarction and carotid artery vulnerable plaques that meet the criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,namely the experimental group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).Each group was given basic treatment of encephalopathy,the control group was given atorvastatin calcium,and the test group was given the control group based on the combination of regulating acupuncture,6times a week,and the treatment period was 3 months as a course of treatment.Before and after treatment,carotid ultrasound-related indicators(vulnerable plaque score,thickest plaque IMT,maximum blood flow velocity Vmax,minimum blood flow velocity Vmin),blood lipid-related indicators(TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C)examination and neurological impairment score(NIHSS),comparative analysis of the changes in the relevant scales and indicators of the two groups of subjects.Result:(1)After treatment,the carotid ultrasound-related indexes and vulnerable plaque scores of the two groups of patients improved compared with the previous(all P<0.01),and the test group improved significantly compared with the control group(all P<0.05);(2)After treatment,the blood lipid-related indexes of the two groups were improved compared with the previous(all P< 0.01),and the improvement of the experimental group was more obvious than that of the control group(all P<0.05);(3)After treatment,the NIHSS scores of the two groups were reduced(all P<0.05),and the test group was more obvious than the control group(P<0.05);(4)The total effective rate of carotid artery vulnerable plaque in the test group was93.1%,which was better than 70.0% in the control group;The total effective rate of cerebral infarction in the experimental group is 93.1%,which is better than the control group’s 73.3%.Conclusion:(1)Tuning acupuncture can increase the score of atorvastatin calcium in reducing the carotid artery vulnerable plaque in patients with cerebral infarction,improve the blood flow of the carotid artery,and improve the blood lipids in the patient’s plasma(TG,TC,HDL-C,LDL-C)The level of curative effect.(2)Tuning acupuncture can reduce the patient’s NIHSS score and improve the ability to repair neurological deficits after cerebral infarction.(3)Tuning acupuncture has a certain effect on patients with cerebral infarction and carotid artery vulnerable plaque.It can stabilize the plaque,improve blood lipid metabolism,reduce the harm of carotid plaque,and improve the neurological deficit after cerebral infarction.The ability to repair.
