Clinical Observation On Hua Zheng Tang No.2 In Treating Hysteromyoma With Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome

OBJECTIVE: This study provides a scientific basis for the treatment of uterine myomas in Chinese medicine by observing the clinical efficacy of the application of Hua Zheng Tang No.2 in the treatment of uterine myomas with Qi stagnation and Blood stasis evidence.METHODS: Patients with uterine fibroids due to Qi stagnation and Blood stasis who attended Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October2019 to October 2020 were selected.60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected chronologically and randomly divided into 30 patients in the treatment group and 30 patients in the control group,and the treatment group was given Hua Zheng Tang No.2 and the control group was given Gui Zhi Fu Ling capsule orally.To observe the size of myoma,main symptoms and signs,TCM evidence score,TCM evidence efficacy and medication safety of patients before and after treatment.Results.1.Changes in fibroid size before and after treatment The difference in the size of fibroids between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant at P < 0.05.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant at P < 0.05.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant at P < 0.05.The difference was greater in the treatment group.It can be concluded that both Hua Zheng Tang No.2 and Gui Zhi Fu Ling Capsules can reduce the size of uterine fibroids with Qi stagnation and Blood stasis,and that Hua Zheng Tang No.2 is more effective.2.Clinical efficacy after treatment After treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant at P< 0.05.It can be concluded that there is a difference in the clinical efficacy of Hua Zheng Tang No.2 and Gui Zhi Fu Ling Capsules.3.Changes in TCM symptoms before and after treatment 3.1 Changes in TCM symptoms before and after treatment The difference was statistically significant when comparing the Chinese medicine syndrome points before and after treatment in the treatment group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant when comparing before and after treatment in the control group,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant when comparing between groups after treatment,the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.It can be concluded that both Hua Zheng Tang No.2 and Gui Zhi Fu Ling Capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of Qi stagnation and blood stasis in uterine fibroids,and the effect of Hua Zheng Tang No.2 in improving the relevant clinical symptoms is more significant than that of Gui Zhi Fu Ling Capsule.3.2 Post-treatment efficacy of Chinese medicine symptoms Comparing the efficacy of the two Chinese medicine symptoms after treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 80%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 43.33%,P< 0.05,which is statistically significant.It can be concluded that Hua Zheng Tang No.2 is more effective in treating the TCM symptoms associated with Qi stagnation and Blood stasis in uterine fibroids.3.3 Menstrual changes before and after treatment The difference was statistically significant when comparing the high menstrual flow before and after treatment with P < 0.05;the difference was statistically significant when comparing the prolonged menstrual period with P < 0.05;the difference was statistically significant when comparing the dark menstrual colour with P < 0.05;and the difference was statistically significant when comparing the clot in the menstrual flow with P < 0.05.This indicates that the effect of Hua Zheng Tang No.2 can improve the high menstrual flow,the prolonged menstrual period,the clot in the menstrual flow and the clot in the menstrual flow of the uterine fibroid tumour with Qi stagnation and Blood stasis.The difference was statistically significant.The difference was statistically significant when comparing the high menstrual flow,prolonged menstruation,dark menstruation and blood clots in the control group before and after treatment.The difference is statistically significant.The difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant at P<0.05 for heavy menstrual flow,P<0.05 for prolonged menstruation,P<0.05 for dark menstruation and P>0.05 for blood clots.After treatment,except for the menstrual clots,the differences between the two groups were statistically significant.It can be concluded that the efficacy of the formula is better than that of Gui Zhi Fu Ling Capsules in improving the menstrual flow,prolonging the menstrual period and darkening of menstruation associated with Qi stagnation and Blood stasis in uterine fibroids.There was no difference in the efficacy between the two groups.4.In terms of safety,the liver and kidney function,blood routine,urine routine and stool routine + occult blood test were all normal in the Hua Zheng Tang No.2 group before and after treatment.Conclusion:Huazheng No.2 Recipe can reduce the volume of uterine fibroids with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,significantly improve the clinical syndromes of uterine fibroids with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and can significantly improve the menstrual flow of uterine fibroids with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and shorten the menstrual period,improve menstrual color and reduce menstrual blood clots.At the same time,this clinical observation also confirmed Professor Liang Wenzhen’s guiding ideology for the treatment of uterine fibroids: the core pathogenesis of uterine fibroids is stasis.For such diseases,the method of attacking blood and removing blood stasis can be used.But the medication should not be too harsh,to prevent damage to the righteousness,it is not beneficial to the attack.
