Observation Of Therapeutic Effect Of Meridian Carding Nursing On Vertigo In Patients With Cerebral Apoplexy In Rehabilitation Period

Objective To observe the clinical effect and feasibility of meridian combing nursing for vertigo in patients with cerebral apoplexy in rehabilitation period,and to provide a new clinical idea and method for treating vertigo symptoms in patients with cerebral apoplexy in rehabilitation period.Methods A randomized and controlled trial method was used in the trial design to randomly assign 120 patients with vertigo during recovery from stroke to the experimental and control groups.60 cases in each group.Both groups according to specific condition detection and control of blood pressure,blood sugar,etc for routine care,on the basis of the experimental group to meridian carding nursing,intervention after 5 o’clock every morning Beijing time,20 minutes each time,3 times a day,every time a comb scraping 5～6 group,the average of a set of head comb scraping around 100 under the advisable,The control group was given routine nursing care（including betastastine mesylate tablet medication nursing,environmental nursing and psychological nursing,etc.）,1 tablet each time,once a day.The observation time of both groups was four weeks.A total of 19 patients were discharged from the group due to poor compliance and other reasons during trial observation.Among them,the treatment group out of the group 9 cases,control group shedding 10 cases.In the end,101 patients completed the study as subjects In this study,the scores of vertigo disorder scale,the scores of TCM symptoms and the changes of related indexes of hemorheology in the two groups were observed in four stages before and after the experiment.The data of this study are analyzed statistically through SPSS22.0 software.Results（1）After four weeks of treatment,the patient’s return visit was conducted on Monday,asking whether there were adverse events and improving the performance of vertigo symptoms,the total efficiency of the trial group was 92.1%,while the total efficiency of the control group was 82.0%,the effect of experimental intervention in the treatment of post-stroke recovery vertigo was significant;（2）According to the DHI integral scale,by comparing the functional and physical symptom relief of patients in the trial group and control group,and based on the total integral,it was shown that a statistically significant difference（p<0.05）was produced before and after the intervention.After combing and scraping treatment,the analysis found that the patient’s mood changes were not obvious,and this change was not considered effective information（p>0.05）;（3）In terms of the efficacy of Traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,the clinical efficiency rate of the subject group reached 88.2%₀₀before and after the comparison intervention treatment,compared with 82.0%₀₀of the clinical apparent efficiency of the other group,₀this difference is statistically significant(p less than 0.05;（4）In the field of thermology,these differences can be statistically significant compared to patient data before and after intervention（P<0.05）.Comparing the data of laboratory blood viscosity index after four weeks of treatment,the difference was statistically significant（p<0.05）;（5）During treatment,the trial group had 2 patients with mild panic chest tightness,ordered to adjust sleep and diet observation,did not do other treatment,3 days later the patient self-reported symptoms alleviated,has little impact on daily life.After four weeks of treatment,the patients with adverse events were reviewed for various indicators and no clinically significant outliers were found.Conclusion（1）after the intervention of each integral contrast,meridian combing rehabilitation nursing can effectively improve the stroke of the primary symptom of dizziness,vertigo patients can effectively alleviate the symptoms of chest tightness flustered,numbness,seizure frequency,for patients to improve the quality of survival,the safety of clinical is higher,feasible and replication;（2）In terms of hemorheology,meridian carding nursing can effectively reduce related blood viscosity,thereby reducing vascular resistance and enhancing blood flow of related vessels.In the rehabilitation period of stroke,ischemia can be improved to a certain extent and can be popularized as an auxiliary means.
