| Objective:In this study,the data of angelica prescription were collected and sorted according to Angelica prescription in "Complete Effective Prescriptions for Women’s Diseases".Through data collation,frequency analysis,association analysis and cluster analysis were carried out on the frequency of drug use of angelica,the alteration of sexual taste,the treatment of symptoms and the treatment of diseases,and the commonly used drug pairs and new prescriptions were obtained.In order to meet the needs of clinical treatment,the compatibility characteristics and application rules of angelica were discussed,and the formulation principle and applicable disease rules of the new formula were analyzed.Methods:Microsoft Excel 2016 software,is adopted to establish the angelica formula related to database,using the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform V2.5 "software,through the platform of drugs frequency analysis,sexual flavour to the analysis,the frequency of symptoms frequency analysis of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine disease,association rules analysis,complex system entropy clustering analysis,the analysis summary angelica formula compatibility of application of law,through clustering analysis methods such as medicine and New Zealand,the paper discusses respectively.Results:There are 1118 prescriptions in the book,among which 315 prescriptions are Angelica,accounting for 26.83% of the total.The common medicine that angelica compatibility has cinnamon heart,chuanxiong,ginseng,licorice,white peony root,tuckahoe,atractylodes,raw rehmannia glutinosa,ripe rehmannia glutinosa,etc.;The most common drugs were tonifying deficiency drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs and warming Li drugs,the frequency of which was about62%.Thermogenic drugs were the most common,with a total frequency of about51%.Appetite and sweet drugs were the most common drugs,with a combined frequency of about 66%.The most common drug meridians were spleen meridians,liver meridians and heart meridians,with a combined frequency of about 58%.There were 479 symptoms treated by Angelica prescription,and the frequency of symptoms was 1123 times.The symptoms treated by Angelica prescription mainly focused on abdominal pain,lack of food and drinking,limb pain,weakness,thin body,less food,irregular menstruation,headache,upset and chest tiredness,and the total frequency of these 13 symptoms was about 16%.There were 130 kinds of diseases treated by Angelica prescription,and the total frequency of diseases was 329 times.The diseases treated by Angelica prescription mainly focused on exhaustion,blood disease,abdominal pain,adverse monthly water,blood gas,blood wind,stroke,pregnancy injury,heartburn and postpartum weakness,and the total frequency of these ten diseases was about 56.53%.;The common drug combinations with higher frequency were "Angelica-Guixin","Chuanxiong-Angelica","Ginseng-Angelica","Licorice-Angelica","Angelica-Paeonia lactiflora";Based on the statistical analysis of the complex system entropy cluster of Angelica prescription in Daquan Proper Formula for Women,a total of 6 groups of new prescription combinations were obtained,which were Atractylodes Atractylodes,poria cocos,astragalus membranaceus,turtle tortoise,aloes and Bupleurum.Thistle,Fulong Liver,Scutellaria Root Leaf,Radix Scutellariae;Angelicae dahurica,ligustilium,Zanthophorum leaves,dogwood,asarum,dried ginger;Red stone,ground elm,keel,wormwood leaf;Peony bark,red peony root,corydalis corydalis,amber,peach kernel;Qu Mei,Dong Kui Zi,Zi Qin,Talc.Conclusion:1."Complete Effective Prescriptions for Women’s Diseases" angelica prescriptions and angelica compatibility frequency of the most drugs for Gui Xin,Guixin is the best product in Guixin,and Chen makes good use of Guixin to take its unique characteristics of warm meridians,pass through veins and help Yang to change qi.2.In the prescriptions of Angelica sinensis in " Complete Effective Prescriptions for Women’s Diseases ",Angelica sinensis is compatible with a variety of drugs,including Qi tonifying drugs,blood invigorating drugs,blood tonifying drugs,but not limited to this,but also the application of heat-clearing drugs,Yin tonifying drugs,water and swelling drugs,Chen Zi-ming this treatment of strengthening the right to dispel evil,not only in line with the deficiency of women with compaction,but also reflects the diversity of compatibility of Angelica sinensis.3.The compatibility rules of Angelica in "Complete Effective Prescriptions for Women’s Diseases" can be summarized as the following characteristics: blood as the foundation,Qi and blood as the combination treatment;There is a line in the complement,complement but not lag;Liver and spleen harmonization,to the source of AIDS;Nourish blood and promote blood circulation,remove blood stasis and give birth to new;Compensate deficiency warm Yang,warm complement parallel.4.The applicable symptoms of angelica herbs were mainly concentrated in liver and spleen,and the applicable diseases were mainly concentrated in fatigue,blood disease,abdominal pain,adverse lunar water,blood qi,etc.Among them,deficiency tonic drugs,blood activating drugs,qi regulating drugs,and li warming drugs were used,which reflected Chen’s academic thought of using angelica to treat gynecological diseases without regard to qi and blood,liver and spleen harmonization.5.The six new formulas based on cluster analysis can be used for diseases such as blood wind,blood qi,blood lakh,hematemesis,calving and leakage,irregular menstruation,continuous lunar water,childbirth,stillbirth and postpartum.This proves again Chen’s academic thought of using angelica to treat gynecological diseases,focusing on blood as the foundation and harmonizing qi and blood. |
