Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19),which raged around the world in 2020,has made more and more people realize that it is important to take an active part in the field of medical health,understand the importance of health knowledge,and hope to have more control over the health of their own family members and Virus.At present,chronic disease patients have become the highest mortality group in China.With the number of patients over 300 million and the coverage rate of more than half of households,chronic disease patients have become the most important medical service object in China.In the field of online health information,targeted research on chronic patients is not mature.When hundreds of millions of patients and related people are searching for valuable information in the vast amount of medical information,whether the information behavior is standardized and whether the information search efficiency becomes an important factor restricting the effective dissemination of medical treatment information.In this paper,patients with chronic diseases and their related groups(mainly caregivers and chronic disease preventers)were taken as the research objects,and their information needs and information behaviors were investigated.By using the method of questionnaire and interview,the collected data were sorted and analyzed,and through the comprehensive comparative analysis with authoritative data such as China family health big data report and China health management and health industry development report,the online health information needs of the relevant groups of chronic patients were divided into groups,categories and demand characteristics The analysis of this paper.Then,based on the analysis of behavior types,motivation and characteristics of patients with chronic diseases,this paper defines the information behavior of patients with chronic diseases as inquiry behavior,adoption behavior and forwarding behavior,and carries out information ecological modeling according to the three behaviors,and designs a questionnaire for empirical analysis.Through the data collection and analysis,the online health information behavior guidance of patients with chronic diseases is carried out from the perspectives of system,specialty and technology,and the "family health understanding person" is cultivated,the "family health leader" is set up,and the "family health gatekeeper" is introduced.Finally,the online health information behavior guidance of patients with chronic diseases is realized.
