Dangerous Window AECOPD Yanghe Pingchuan Granules Treatment Clinical Observation Of Patients With(Kidney Deficiency And Phlegm Turbid Syndrome) And Its Impact On IL-6/IL-10

Objective:To survey the clinical therapeutic efficacy of Yanghe Pingchuan Granules in the treatment of patients with AECOPD risk window syndrome of deficiency of kidney and turbidities of phlegm,and its impact on the IL-6,IL-10 level.Methods:Using random digital tables,sixty cases were stochastically classify as therapy group and matched group,with 30 cases in each group.The matched group was treated with routine western medicine,and the therapy group was additively treated with Yanghe Pingchuan Granules The therapy course for both groups was 4 weeks.The changes of TCM syndrome score,lung function,CAT score and inflammatory factors(IL-6 and IL-10)before and after therapy were surveyed and recorded in both groups.Results:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: there was no evident discrepancy in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups prior therapy(P>0.05),but it reduced in both groups after therapy(P<0.01),and the reduced was more evident in the therapy group(P<0.01).2.Comparison of lung function: there was no evident discrepancy in FEV1 and FVC between the two groups prior therapy(P>0.05).After therapy,FEV1 and FVC were rised in both groups(P<0.01),and the rised was more evident in the therapy group(P<0.01).3.Comparison of CAT scores: There was no evident discrepancy in CAT scores between the two groups prior therapy(P>0.05),but CAT scores reduced in both groups after therapy(P<0.01),and the reduced was more evident in the treatment group(P<0.01).4.Comparison of inflammatory cytokines: serum IL-6 and IL-10 levels showed no evident discrepancy between the two groups prior therapy(P>0.05).after therapy,serum IL-6levels were reduced in both groups(P<0.01),and the reduced was more evident in the therapy group(P<0.01).Serum IL-10 levels were rised in both groups(P<0.01),and rised more evident in the therapy group(P<0.01).Conclusions:1.Yanghe Pingchuan Granules can lower the TCM syndrome score and CAT score of patients with AECOPD risk window and kidney deficiency phlegm turbid syndrome,and ameliorate the clinical symptoms and lung function level of patients.2.Yanghe Pingchuan Granules can somewhat reduce the serum IL-6 level of patients with kidney deficiency and turbidities in AECOPD risk window,and rised the serum IL-10 level of patients.
