Clinical Observation Of Shen Zhu Yi Chang Pills In Treating Diarrhea Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective:To observe the effectiveness of Shen zhu Yi chang Pills in the treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome,and to observe whether TCM dialectical medicine is better than western medicine in treating irritable bowel syndrome with liver depression and spleen deficiency,and objectively evaluate the effect of Shen zhu Yi chang Pills on diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome.The clinical efficacy of patients with irritable bowel syndrome with liver depression and spleen deficiency provides new ideas and new methods for clinical treatment of patients with irritable bowel syndrome with liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods: In this study,62 patients with irritable bowel syndrome with diarrhea of??liver depression and spleen deficiency.The random number table was used to group,31 cases in each treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with pinaverium bromide + Bifidobacterium,and the treatment group was treated with Shen zhu Yi chang Pills.There were no significant differences between the two groups in terms of disease course,age and gender.Among them,2 cases fell off,30 cases in the existing treatment group,30 cases in the control group;Treatment group: Shen zhu Yi chang pills 10pills/time(10 pills once,2 times a day);Control group(Western medicine combination group): Pinaverium bromide + Bifidobacterium.The course of treatment for both groups was 4 weeks.Record the total scores of TCM symptoms before and after treatment and the total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group and the control group,the scores before and after the anxiety assessment scale(SAS)and the depression self-rating scale(SDS),and the total scores before and after the treatment of individual symptoms.After statistical analysis of the above scales,the clinical efficacy of this prescription was evaluated.And record the electrocardiogram(12 leads)before and after treatment,the three major routines of hematuria and stool,liver and kidney function and other indicators and record the adverse reactions that may occur during the treatment,to understand the safety of this treatment.The comprehensive evaluation is based on the efficacy and safety of Shen zhu Yi chang Pills.Data processing application SPSS 24.0.result:A total of 62 patients with IBS-D of liver depression and spleen deficiency type met the criteria for diagnosis,inclusion,and discharge.During the treatment and follow-up,2patients fell off because of discontinuation of the drug as prescribed by the doctor.1)Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in terms of gender,age,and course of disease(P>0.05).2)Comparison of the total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.After 4 courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group is 86.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 80.00%.The comparison between the two groups(P<0.05)indicates that the two groups are in the total treatment.In terms of efficiency,the treatment group is better than the control group;however,the number of cured and effective patients in the treatment group is significantly more than that of the control group.3)Comparison of the total scores of TCM syndromes between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05),the difference in the total scores of TCM syndromes after treatment between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant,and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05);the treatment group had a statistically significant difference before and after treatment,and the treatment group had a definite effect on the treatment of IBS-D with liver depression and spleen deficiency(P<0.05);the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant in the control group,and the control group was treated for IBS with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency-D has a certain curative effect(P < 0.05);after treatment,the difference in the total score of TCM syndrome between the treatment group and the control group is statistically significant.The curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group,indicating that the curative effect of Shen zhu Yi chang Pill is better than that of pinaverium bromide Tablets + Bifidobacterium triple live bacteria capsules.4)Comparison of individual points.After treatment,abdominal pain and diarrhea were improved in the two groups.The overall improvement was that the treatment group> the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5)SAS and SDS scales The scores of the two groups after treatment decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.01),and the decrease was more obvious in the group taking Shen zhu Yi chang Pill(P<0.01).The treatment group has a certain effect on improving anxiety and depression in patients with diarrhea-type irritable bowel.6)Adverse reactions In this study,no adverse reactions were reported.There were no abnormalities in blood,urine,stool routine,liver and kidney functions before and after treatment,and electrocardiogram examinations were generally normal.Conclusion: This study is based on the method of soothing the liver and strengthening the spleen,and purging the intestines to stop diarrhea.The clinical efficacy of Shen zhu Yi chang Pills is significantly better than that of pinaverium bromide tablets + bifidobacterium triple viable capsules.Shen zhu Yi chang Pills can effectively improve patients’ diarrhea and abdominal pain;and can improve a certain degree of anxiety and depression symptoms.It also shows that the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of liver depression and spleen deficiency IBS-D is better than the combination of western medicine,and it is safer and safer.With few adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
