Objective:1.Formulate an intelligent computer-assisted treatment plan for patients with coronary heart disease and negative emotions.2.Through clinical application,evaluate the effects of intervention programs,and provide a scientific and effective method for improving the negative emotions of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:1.The intelligent mind-body regulation system assists the formulation of a plan to improve the negative emotions of patients with coronary heart diseaseBased on cognitive behavioral therapy technology,combining the concepts of double heart medicine and cardiac rehabilitation,a research team was established.Through systematic literature search,clinical research,expert group meetings,etc.,an intelligent psychosomatic adjustment system auxiliary program suitable for negative emotions in patients with coronary heart disease is formulated.2.The application of an intelligent psychosomatic adjustment system to assist in improving the negative emotions of patients with coronary heart diseaseSelected patients with coronary heart disease combined with negative emotion who were admitted to the Department of Cardiology of a tertiary first-class hospital in Shanxi Province from February to September 2020 as the research object.Thirty-nine patients admitted from June to September 2020 were included in the experimental group,and 38 patients admitted from February to May 2020 were included in the control group.The 39 patients in the experimental group used the intelligentized negative emotion improvement program for patients with coronary heart disease,and the 38 patients in the control group received conventional psychological care.The scores of the Anxiety Self-Rating Scale,Depression Self-Rating Scale,Pittsburgh Sleep Scale and nurse satisfaction before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups to evaluate the effect of the intervention program.Results:1.Developed an intelligent mind-body regulation system to assist in improving the negative emotions of patients with coronary heart diseaseThis study has formulated an intervention program for negative emotions in patients with coronary heart disease,which consists of two parts: Sun Angel and psychotherapist-led cognitive behavioral intervention and computer psychotherapy program auxiliary intervention.Each part is divided into three modules: cognition reconstruction,cognition consolidation,and behavior relaxation.2.The effect of the auxiliary program of the intelligent psychosomatic adjustment system on the anxiety,depression and sleep of patients with coronary heart disease.Before the intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in general information,negative emotion scores,and sleep scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After the intervention:(1)Impact on negative emotions: The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups of patients were reduced,compared with before the intervention,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The negative emotion score of the test group patients decreased more than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Effects on sleep: After the intervention,the sleep scores of patients in the test group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Nurses’ satisfaction with using intelligent systemsNurses are highly satisfied with the use of intelligent systems,with an overall satisfaction rate of 94.35%.Conclusion:The implementation of the auxiliary program of the intelligent psychosomatic adjustment system can effectively improve the negative emotion and sleep quality of patients with coronary heart disease.Nurses are more satisfied with the use of the intelligent system,and the program is worthy of clinical promotion.
