Objective:To study the correlation between the anxiety and depression status of patients with recurrent oral ulcer(ROU),the expression levels of salivary cortisol and dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA),and analyze the specific predisposing factors of recurrent oral ulcers and their The pathogenesis provides corresponding theoretical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical recurrent oral ulcers. Methods:The research subjects selected 30 patients who were clinically diagnosed with recurrent oral ulcers from July 2020 to January 2021 in the Department of Stomatology,First Hospital of Shanxi Medical University, and randomly selected 30 normal patients as the experimental group and the control group..At the same time period(8 am to 12 am),the patients’ non-irritating saliva was sampled, and the anxiety and depression states of the two groups of subjects were evaluated using the anxiety self-rating scale and the depression self-rating scale. At the same time,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine the content of cortisol and dehydroepiandrosterone(DHEA)on the sampling results. The relevant indicators of the two groups of subjects were tested based on the t-test method, and the correlation between the different indicators was determined based on the Pearson correlation coefficient. The relevance of the evaluation.Results:1.Subjects in the recurrent oral ulcer group were assessed by the scale with an anxiety score of 49.89±7.06 and a depression score of 54.80±7.38;the healthy control group had an anxiety score of 31.99±4.52 and a depression score of 33.90±3.42;compared the control group’s anxiety and depression The score shows that the score of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group and the difference between the groups is statistically significant(P<0.001).2.The saliva cortisol level of subjects in the recurrent oral ulcer group was 38.78 ±8.98ng/ml,and the saliva cortisol level of the healthy control group was 20.02±7.39ng/ml.The index of subjects in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group and between the groups The difference was statistically significant;the saliva DHEA level in the recurrent oral ulcer group was 39.18±6.06μg/ml,the saliva DHEA level in the healthy control group was 49.98±6.02μg/ml,saliva DHEA The level is lower than the control group, and the difference is statistically significant. The ratio of salivary cortisol to dehydroepiandrosterone in the recurrent oral ulcer group was 1.30±0.71,and the ratio of salivary cortisol to dehydroepiandrosterone in the healthy control group was 0.44±0.25,and the experimental group had a high index Compared with the control group, the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).3.The analysis shows that there is a significant negative correlation between salivary cortisol levels and DHEA levels, and a significant negative correlation with anxiety and depression scores(anxiety;depression);salivary DHEA levels and subjects Anxiety and depression scale scores are significantly negatively correlated(anxiety;depression);salivary cortisol/dehydroepiandrosterone levels are significantly positively correlated with subjects’ anxiety and depression scale scores, and the correlation coefficient is statistically significant Academic significance(anxiety;depression).Conclusion:1.The occurrence of recurrent oral ulcers is closely related to the patient’s anxiety and depression.2.The expression level of saliva cortisol in patients with recurrent oral ulcers increased, the expression level of saliva dehydroepiandrosterone decreased, and the ratio of salivary cortisol to dehydroepiandrosterone increased relatively.3.Negative mental states such as anxiety and depression are related to the expression level of salivary cortisol, the expression level of salivary dehydroepiandrosterone and the ratio of salivary cortisol to dehydroepiandrosterone, which are used in the clinic of recurrent oral ulcers. In prevention and treatment, saliva cortisol, saliva dehydroepiandrosterone, and the ratio of saliva cortisol to dehydroepiandrosterone can be used as relevant indicators to assess recurrent oral ulcers and mood disorders such as anxiety and depression.
