Objective: In order to search for novel drug leads,we conducted on secondary metabolites of three marine fugi : Penicillium glabrum glmu003,Aspergillus sp.BH4-7 and Penicillium sp.glmu012.Methods: Three strains of coral epiphytic fungi were fermented in rice medium,then extracted with ethyl acetate obtain crude extract.The crude extract of the fungi were purified,by thin-layer chromatography,medium pressure preparative liquid chromatography(MPLC),ostade-cylsilane silica(ODS),and semi-preparative HPLC.The compounds’ structures were identified by nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,mass spectroscopy,and comparison with the reported data,and the biological activities of all compounds will be tested.Results: Forty-four monomeric compounds were isolated from the epiphytic fungi from coral,including two new compounds: YY1 and YY2,with forty-two known compounds,and the biological activities of some compounds were tested.The antimicrobial activities of some compounds were texted,TE11,TE14 and TE15 showed weak inhibitory activity against klebsiella pneumoniae,TE11 and YY9 showed weak inhibitory activity against staphylococcus aureus,other compounds were inactive.Acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity of some compounds were tested,and the results showed that TE5,TE15,TD2 and TD9 showed weak inhibitory activity.TD4,TD5,TD6 and TD8 They showed moderate inhibitory activity.TE1,TE2,TE3,TE12,TD7 and TD10 showed strong inhibitory activity,other compounds were inactive.Pancreatic lipase inhibition activity of Some compounds were tested,and the results showed that: YY1,YY7 and YY8 showed weak inhibitory activity.YY14 and YY11 showed moderate inhibitory activity,other compounds were inactive.Conclusions: Forty-four monomeric compounds were isolated from the epiphytic fungi from coral,including two new compounds and forty-two known compounds.The antibacterial activities of some compounds were screened,the results showed that: three compounds showed inhibitory activity against Klebsiella pneumoniae and three compounds showed inhibitory activity against Staphylococcus aureus.Some compounds were screened for ache inhibitory activity,and fourteen compounds showed ache inhibitory activity.Some compounds were screened for lipase inhibitory activity,and five compounds showed inhibitory activity against pancreatic lipase.
