ObjectiveTo investigate the safety and its influencing factors of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction patients using bivalirudin or heparin under monitoring activated clotting time in emergency percutaneous coronary intervention.MethodsOne hundred and sixty patients in our hospital from september 2019 to february2020 were selected and divided into the observation group(monitoring activated clotting time group)and the control group(not monitoring activated clotting time group)by random number table. Each group was divided into bivalirudin subgroup and heparin subgroup randomly.Comparing the bleeding and stent thrombosis events in 30 days to find if there is statistical difference between the two groups.According to the bleeding events in 30 days, dividing the patients into bleeding group and not bleeding group.Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to find the independent risk factors by analyzing the statistically significant factors in the univariate analysis.ResultsST-segment elevation myocardial infarction patients using bivalirudin or heparin under monitoring activated clotting time in percutaneous coronary intervention has less bleeding events. The decreased creatinine clearance rate, female, type 2 diabetes are independent influencing factors of bleeding events.ConclusionST-segment elevation myocardial infarction patients using bivalirudin or hepari n under monitoring activated clotting time in percutaneous coronary intervention has les s bleeding events. The decreased creatinine clearance rate, female, type 2 diabetes are in dependent influencing factors of bleeding events.
