Research On The Operational Mechanisms Of Independent Clinical Laboratory

Objective Independent Clinical Laboratory refer to a type of economic entity that is economically independent,has independent legal personality,and undertakes corresponding legal obligations under the permission of the health administrative department.Provide fair,reliable and accurate inspection services for medical institutions by undertaking inspection items.This study analyzes the independent clinical laboratory literature and research data by collating domestic and foreign independent clinical laboratory literature and research data,combining management,medical laboratory science,sociology and other multidisciplinary research perspectives,using expert interviews,case studies,and mathematical statistics to analyze independent clinical laboratories.Industry development status,development trend and market demand,build a theoretical research model of the independent clinical laboratory operation mechanism,and summarize the problems in the operation mechanism and corresponding solutions to improve the operating efficiency of the third-party medical laboratory,To improve the service level and provide a useful reference.MethodsThis study uses the literature analysis method to understand the development history,main theories and research results of the independent clinical laboratory at home and abroad,and systematically summarizes the core concepts related to the operating mechanism of the independent clinical laboratory.Based on the questionnaire survey method and expert interview method to understand the development status of the independent clinical laboratory industry,development trends,market demand,willingness to cooperate,cooperation satisfaction and other related issues,provide a theoretical basis and basis for analyzing the operating mechanism of the independent clinical laboratory data support.Combining typical cases of independent clinical laboratories at home and abroad,in-depth analysis of the development of independent clinical laboratories,field investigations on representative independent clinical laboratories in Anhui Province,and collection of research data.Results(1)This study has concluded that the identified stakeholders include health administrative departments,independent clinical inspection teams,medical institutions,and patients through interest-related analysis.Anticipated stakeholders include medical insurance institutions and universities.Potential stakeholders include medical device suppliers.(2)The survey results of this study show that there are few hospitals carrying out projects such as paternity testing,pharmacogenomic testing,and blood cell genetics.There is a demand for outsourcing for each type of testing project,among which hematology inspection 118(86.1%),obstetrics and gynecology inspection 115(83.9%)and tumor inspection 113(82.5%)are outsourced the most.(3)The survey results of this research show that 335(82.7%)respondents think it is necessary to cooperate with third-party medical testing laboratories.The independent complaint handling timeliness(3.66±0.72)points,report issuance timeliness(3.61±0.73)points,and complaint handling results(3.67±0.66)points are relatively low.Through logistic regression analysis,the results show that the test results are credible,the test efficiency is fast,the result feedback is timely,the advanced test equipment,the comprehensive test types,and the reduction of the workload of the medical institution inspectors are the influencing factors of overall satisfaction(P<0.05).(4)Through expert interviews and field surveys,this study summarized the problems from the aspects of government,industry,enterprises,and technology based on the analysis perspectives of the organization and management of the independent clinical laboratory operation mechanism,service operation quality control,and risk supervision.And put forward practical countermeasures and suggestions.ConclusionsThis article uses a combination of theory and practice to discuss the theoretical framework of the operating mechanism of independent clinical laboratory,and proposes corresponding improvement suggestions,forming preliminary theoretical research results.It is conducive to the improvement of inspection services for medical institutions and provides reference and reference for the revision of government policies and systems.In view of the continuous changes in national macro policies and market competition patterns,the future development research of independent clinical laboratory still needs to be continuously tracked and updated.
