| Objective:Detecting the concentration of various cytokines in the plasma of patients with sepsis to evaluate its application value in the early diagnosis, disease evaluation and prognosis judgment of sepsis. Methods:A retrospective case-control study was used to collect 105 patients with sepsis who met the inclusion criteria from the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University as the research group.Collect 96 non-sepsis patients during the same period as the control group.According to the definition of septic shock and clinical outcome, the research group were divided into sepsis non-shock group, septic shock group, survival group and death group.Calculate APACCHE Ⅱ and SOFA scores,Using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay technology testing 12 plasma cytokines.Multivariate logistic regression analysis and the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve were used to analyze the application value.Results:1.Plasma Interleukin 2,4,6,8,10 and 17 concentrations of patients with sepsis were significantly higher than those of the control group(p <0.01).IL-10 is positively correlated with SOFA score(r=0.199,p<0.05).Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that IL-8 is an independent risk factor for sepsis(OR=1.12,p <0.01),every unit increase in plasma IL-8 concentration increases the risk of sepsis by 12%.The AUC of the three combined in diagnosis of sepsis was 0.904,which was higher than a single index.2.Plasma IL-2,6,8,and 10 of patients in the septic shock group were significantly higher than those in the septic non-shock group(p <0.01),and the AUC of IL-6 for disease assessment was 0.779,which was higher than others.3.The plasma IL-6,8,and 10 concentrations of patients in the death group were significantly higher than those in the survival group when they were admitted to the hospital(p <0.01).The AUC of IL-10 for the prognosis of sepsis is 0.752,which is higher than other cytokines. Conclusion:The combined detection of plasma IL-6,8,and 10 can be used as a combination of biomarkers for early diagnosis of sepsis, disease evaluation and prognosis judgment potential. |
