| Objective : Objective to analyze the expression of septin-9 and HIF-1α in epithelial ovarian carcinoma,To analyze the relationship between them and clinicopathological features, and to explore their clinical significanceMethods :The complete clinical data of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from 2015 to 2019 were collected as the experimental group,At the same time, the normal ovarian tissues of the patients who underwent total hysterectomy for uterine fibroids were used as the control group,Paraffin sections were made,The expressions of septin-9 and HIF-1αwere detected by immunohistochemistry; The relationship between the expression and clinical parameters of ovarian cancer was analyzed,(Age,clinical stage, pathological type, histological grade, ascites nature of ovarian cancer)and the relationship between the disease and its prognosis;Spearman correlation analysis was used to investigate the expression of septin-9 and HIF-1α.Result:According to the research findings: 1.Septin-9 and HIF-1α are highly expressed in epithelial ovarian cancer(P<0.05);2.The expression levels of septin-9and HIF-1α in ovarian epithelial cell carcinoma were not related to the age of onset, molecular type and histological type of ovarian epithelial cell carcinoma(P>0.05),but related to clinical stage and positive ascites cytology, invasion of ovarian carcinoma and prognosis of patients(P<0.05);3.There is a positive correlation between the expression of septin-9 and HIF-1α in epithelial ovarian cancer, which may be related to some molecular pathogenesis of ovarian cancer(r = 0.227,P=0.036);4.The expression levels of septin-9 and HIF-1α may not associated with2-year recurrence rate of epithelial ovarian cancer(χ2=1.864(P>0.05)和χ2=4.753P>0.05).Conclusion:The high expression of Septin-9 and HIF-1A in epithelial ovarian cancer may be closely related to the pathogenesis and progression of ovarian cancer, but not significantly related to recurrence of ovarian cancer. |
