Objective:Study the expression of HSP90β in patients whit non-small cell lung cancer,and compare the relationship between the expression of HSP90β in the cancer tissues of NSCLC patients and the corresponding paracancerous tissues.Analyze the relationship between the expression of HSP90β with clinical.Methods:Seventy-five patients who were hospitalized at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from November 2019 to October 2020 were selected,specimens were collected,clinic pathological data were compiled,and patients’ gender,age,smoking or not,mass size,lymph node metastasis,pleural invasion and TNM stage were recorded.The protein and m RNA expressions of the selected specimens were determined by Western-blotting and q RT-PCR,and the expression of HSP90β was compared in terms of mass size,lymph node metastasis,pleural invasion and TNM stage.Results:1.HSP90β protein and m RNA in cancer tissues of NSCLC patients was significantly higher than that of adjacent tissues.The expression of HSP90β protein in cancer tissue and adjacent tissue was 64.0% and 18.7%(P < 0.0001)The expression of HSP90βm RNA in cancer tissue was significantly higher than that of its corresponding adjacent tissue(P < 0.0001).2.HSP90β protein with high stage and lymph node metastasis in NSCLC patients was significantly higher than that of its adjacent tissue.The positive expression of HSP90β protein in I-II period was 56.1%,The expression of HSP90β protein was88.9% in III period(P < 0.05).HSP90β protein with no lymph node metastasis was54.9% positive,A positive expression of HSP90β protein with lymph node metastasis was 83.3%(P < 0.05).3.The positive expression rate of HSP90β protein in NSCLC patients with tumor mass ≥ 3cm was 76.9%,and that in NSCLC patients with tumor mass < 3cm was75.5%,(P = 0.892),the difference was not statistically significant.The positive expression rate of HSP90β protein in patients with pleural invasion was 90%,and that in patients without pleural invasion was 71.4%(P = 0.109),the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:1.HSP90β protein and m RNA in NSCLC patients was significantly higher than that of its adjacent tissues;2.HSP90β protein in patients with NSCLC III stage was significantly higher than that in patients with I-II stage,and that in patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis.3.The expression of HSP90β protein in NSCLC was not related to the size of the tumor or the presence of pleural invasion.
