Objectives1.Compile the HPV positive women’s fear of disease progression scale, test the reliability and validity of the scale, and provide a scientific and effective evaluation tool for evaluating the level of HPV positive women’s fear of disease progression.2.Use the scale prepared earlier to understand the current status of the fear of disease progression in HPV positive women, analyze related influencing factors, and provide reference for future intervention in the fear of disease progression in HPV positive women.Methods1.The semi-structured interview method was used to conduct in-depth interviews with 11 HPV positive women, and the interview topics were obtained.Based on the qualitative interview results of HPV positive women, literature review, existing scales and group discussions,a preliminary pool of scale entries was formed.2.Using two rounds of Delphi expert letter inquiry method,15 relevant nursing scientific research experts and gynecological clinical medical staff were selected to participate in two rounds of letter inquiry, and 15 HPV-positive women were selected for pre-survey after screening and modification of the items to form a predictive scale.3.Use the predictive scale to investigate 212 HPV positive women in two tertiary A hospitals in Zhenjiang City, and use item analysis to further screen the items;evaluate the validity of the scale through structural validity and content validity;use Cronbach’s coefficient,The reliability of the half-fold reliability and test-retest reliability evaluation scale.4.Use the HPV positive women’s fear of disease progression scale to investigate 223 HPV positive women in two tertiary A hospitals in Zhenjiang City, and conduct current investigations and influencing factors analysis.Results1.Qualitative interview situation: Three themes are drawn: heavier emotional response to worry about disease progression, fear of physical health, and fear of family social functions.Scale formation: HPV positive women’s fear of disease progression scale with 28 items.2.Item analysis shows: in the critical ratio method, the t critical values of items 27 and 28 are both <3 and P>0.05,so they are deleted, and the t value of the remaining items is 3.899-12.933;in the correlation coefficient method, items 2,9,19 The correlation coefficient of,23,25,26,27,28 is less than 0.4 and is deleted;in the commonality and factor load, items 1,2,4,7 are deleted,9,19,23,25,26,27,28,the common value of the remaining items is 0.217~0.580,the factor load is 0.466~0.761,A total of 11 entries were deleted and 17 entries remained. In the first round of exploratory analysis, the common factor 4 only contains entry 12 and entry 3,and the number of entries is less than 3.Therefore,entry 12 and entry 3 are deleted. The second exploratory factor analysis was performed on the remaining 15 items, and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 64.790%.,The factor load of the remaining items> 0.40,and finally 15 items are reserved.3.Cronbach’s a coefficients of emotional response, physical health, and social family are 0.862,0.817,and 0.708;the scale’s split-half reliability is 0.763,and the three-dimensional scores of emotional response, physical health, and social family are0.803 and 0.710,0.869.The content validity index of the scale is 0.83;exploratory factor analysis produces 3 common factors, the cumulative contribution rate of variance is 64.790%,and the correlation coefficient between the factors is 0.427~0.506,indicating that the scale has good reliability and validity.4.HPV positive women have a total score of(47.08±9.10)for fear of disease progression,a score of(24.11±5.25)for emotional response,a score of(14.78±3.53)for physical health, and a score of(8.19±)for social and family dimensions.2.55)points.The results of multiple stepwise regression showed that age, recurrence,HPV subtype, total score of social support, and total score of dual coping are the influencing factors of HPV positive women’s fear of disease progression.Conclusions1.The HPV positive women’s fear of disease progression scale was initially compiled, including 3 dimensions and 15 items including emotional response, physical health, and family social function.2.The HPV positive women’s fear of disease progression scale developed in this study has good reliability and validity and can be used to assess the level of fear of disease progression in HPV positive women.3.Using the compiled HPV positive women’s fear of disease progression survey status, the emotional response dimension scores the highest, indicating that HPV positive women have more serious fear of disease progression.Age,HPV subtypes, recurrence, social support and dual coping level are the main factors that affect the fear of disease progression in HPV positive women. This result provides a basis for subsequent designation of effective interventions to reduce the disease progression of HPV positive women Fear level establishes confidence in overcoming the disease, thereby promoting the negative of infection. |
