The Clinical Observation Of Kangfuxin Liquid With Butyl Flufenamate Oinement In The Treatment Of Corticosteroid Dependent Dermatitis

Objective: By observing the clinical effect,the subjective and objective symptoms before and after treatment and the adverse reactions of kangfuxin liquid with butyl flufenamate oinement in treating facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.In order to use this program for treatment of facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis,and explore the efficacy and safety of this treatment program.Methods: 80 patients with facial corticosteroid dependent dermatitis in Qinghai Provincial People’s Hospital Dermatology were collected from Nov 2019 to Dec 2020.All patients were divided into the observation group(the kangfuxin group)and the control group(the butyl group)at random,including 40 patients in the observation group and 40 patients in the control group.The observation group was treated with kangfuxin liquid three times a day and butyl flufenamate oinement twice a day,and the control group was treated with butyl flufenamate oinement twice a day,and all patients were given 10 mg ebastine tablet after breakfast.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks,2 weeks as a course of treatment.To observe and record the changes of clinical subjective symptom scores(pruritus,burning,dry,pricking)and objective symptom scores(papulopustule,erythema,angiotelectasis,swelling,desquamation)by the same doctor before and after treatment.Ultimately,to calculate the symptom score reduce index(SSRI),the effective rate and use SPSS21.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1.The analysis of total effective rate: the total effective rate of the kangfuxin group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the butyl group was 78.95%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The total score results after treatment: Before and four weeks after treatment,the total score of the two groups were compared,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After every course of treatment,the total score of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05).3.The analysis of subjective symptom scores: After treatment,the pruritus and the burning symptoms of the kangfuxin group were improved obviously compared with the butyl group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The analysis of objective symptom scores: After treatment,the papulopustule and erythema symptoms of the kangfuxin group were improved obviously compared with the butyl group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions: Kangfuxin liquid combined with butyl flufenamate oinement can significantly improve the clinical subjective symptoms and objective symptoms of patients with corticosteroid dependent dermatitis.Compared with the butyl flufenamate oinement,the clinical effect of Kangfuxin liquid combined with butyl flufenamate oinement is better,no adverse reactions are observed in both groups and has certain clinical application value.
