Objective: To discuss the changes of DAO,D-lactic acid content,white blood cell and red blood cell count of intestinal mucosa,and the changes of pathological sections of intestinal tissue in rats after the intervention of Yangming disease(Yangming Fu empirical study)and Dachengqi decoction.Method: Experimental rats were randomly divided into to the solution when the normal group,model group,to the solution for solution drug group,not to the solution when the normal group,model group when the solution when the medicine group,establish yang-ming relieving empirical model in rats,respectively in yangming disease “to”and “desire”when every day take blood and intestinal tissue,blood cell analyzer to detect white blood cells,red blood cells,enzyme-linked immunoassay DAO,D lactic acid content,microscope rat intestinal tissue pathological changes.Results :The expression of DAOs in non-desolative medicine group was higher than that in model group on day 1 and 3(P<0.01),There was a difference between the model group and the normal group on day 1 when plasma DAO was not dysphoric and dysphoric(P<0.01),Plasma DAO content in drug group was different from that in model group on day 1 and 3(P<0.05);The D lactic acid in model group was different from that in normal group at the first and third days of non-desolation(P<0.05),There was a difference between medicine group D lactic acid and model group D lactic acid at the first and third days of non-desolation(P<0.05),There was a significant difference between the medicine group and the model group at the first and third days of desysis(P<0.01);The white blood cells in the normal group and model group showed a slow increasing trend during desysis,and there was a difference between the white blood cells in the medicine group at desysis and the medicine group at non-desysis(P<0.01),The white blood cells in the drug group were lower than those in the non-medicine group at the first and third days of designation(P<0.05);There was a significant difference between the abnormal group and the model group on the 3rd day(P<0.01),There was statistical significance in comparison between the medicine group and the model group on day 1when the erythrocytes were not dissociated(P<0.01),On the 1st and 3rd day,the erythrocytes of the drug group were different from those of the model group(P<0.01).Conclusions:Dachengqi decoction,Yangming fu demonstration,desire to interpret time,DAO,white blood cell count.the intervention of Dachengqi decoction,the expressions of DAO,D lactic acid,white blood cell,red blood cell and intestinal mucosa in the Dachengqi decoction group decreased gradually,especially with significant decrease. |
