Objective:Through the two methods of acupuncture points combined with local acupoints and acupuncture local acupoints,simple acupuncture was applied to treat patients with acute disease of the knee joint.The pain account,clinical symptom account and efficacy were compared at the fore and after acupuncture,and it was concluded that acupuncture points had obvious effect in relieving fever symptoms of the knee joint.Methods:The patients who visited the Department of Acupuncture,Massage,Rehabilitation and Pain of Qing Hai Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine on September 9,2019 and were diagnosed with TCM symptoms and western medicine diagnosis consistent with the acute phase of traumatic synovitis of the knee were collected and numbered according to the order of presentation.The patients were departed two groups from the random number blank.A total of 55 cases were included,Ying-spring acupoint group(n = 29)and control group(n = 26).The Ying-spring acupoint group was given acupuncture at Ying-spring acupoint combined with local acupoints of the knee joint,and the control group was given acupuncture at the same local acupoints of the knee joint.The two groups were given acupuncture for 10 times at 2 times,respectively.The VAS account,clinical symptom account and "Diagnostic and Therapeutic Criteria for TCM Syndrome" in the pain intensity scoring method were applied before and after acupuncture for efficacy assessment(1).After the trial,we will use SPSS 17.0 to analysis the date.Results :1.There was no abvious disparit in age and gender in the two groups(P> 0.05).2.Before the acupuncture,there was no obvious disparit in VAS account and clinical symptom account between the two groups.3.(1)At the end of acupuncture,the pain account and clinical symptom account among Ying-spring acupoint group were declined(P< 0.05).(2)At the end of acupuncture,the pain account among the control group was declined(P<0.05),but there was no obvious disparit in clinical symptom account(P>0.05).4.(1)There was no obvious disparit in pain account among the two groups after acupuncture(P> 0.05).(2)The clinical symptom account in the two groups was obvious disparit after acupuncture(P< 0.05).(3)After acupuncture,the clinical affective rate was among the two groups has no different.Conclusion :1.Both groups have a certain therapeutic effect,and after acupuncture the evaluation indicators of both groups decrease.2.Compared with the control group,the Ying-spring acupoint group was much more affective in enhance the symptoms of local fever and swelling of the knee joint.3.The treatment of both groups is effective in improving the symptoms of joint pain.
