Objective:To study PKRP clinical efficacy of 5α-reductase inhibitors combined withαreceptor blockers in perioperative period. Methods:Surgical treatment,From the Department of Urology of Affiliated Hospital of Qinghai University,200 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were selected,The difference between experimental group(A(100)and control group(B(100),B group was treated with eplet tablets orally,5 mg/,1tablet/time,2 times per day,7 d,preoperatively 4 weeks after surgery,On this basis,A group added 0.2 mIIg/tansorosin,1 grain/time,1 per day,7 d,preoperatively Continue to take medicine 4 weeks after operation. The preoperative IPSS score and OABSS score were compared between the two groups,Hospital days,After the first month of the OABSS score and other indicators of difference. Results:The maximum urinary flow rate and bladder residual urine volume were significantly improved(P<0.05),IPSS score and OABSS score were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the IPSS score,OABSS score, maximum urinary velocity and bladder residual urine volume were significantly better than those in B group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Epristeride combined with Tamsulosin has significant clinical efficacy in the perioperative period of PKRP,which can not only significantly improve the symptoms of patients with frequent urination, urgent urination and dysuria, but also have a certain effect on patients with bladder hyperactivity, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
