application effect of micro-video teaching and training mode on the theory and operation level, operation cooperation time, satisfaction of medical staff,self-efficacy and professional identity of instrument nurses in operating room.to provide a new learning way for clinical instrument nurses to cooperate with surgery efficiently, and to provide new clinical teaching methods and theoretical basis for training professional instrument nurses in operating room. Methods:A total of 80 instrument nurses who participated in renal transplantation from April to November 2019 in a third-class hospital in Nanchang were selected by convenient sampling method.Among them,40 nurses who participated in renal transplantation from April to July 2019 were selected as the control group, and the training model developed by the department was used for intervention.Forty instrument nurses who participated in renal transplantation from August to November2019 were selected as the experimental group, using the micro-video teaching mode of renal transplantation. After routine department training and micro-video mode training, the intervention effect was evaluated by the assessment of theoretical operation of instrument nurses, the time needed to cooperate with doctors to complete renal transplantation, medical staff’s satisfaction with all aspects of operation, sense of self-efficacy,professional identity and so on.The data used in this study are analyzed and sorted out by SPSS18.0 processing software to provide accurate guarantee for the conclusions of the experiment.Results:1.Baseline data. There was no significant difference in age, sex, professional title, educational background and working years between the control group and the experimental group. There was no significant difference in the sex, position and working years of the surgeons between the control group and the experimental group, and there was no significant difference in age, sex, course of disease, hypertension, diabetes, anemia, blood coagulation function, organ transplantation history and dialysis history between the control group and the experimental group.2.The theoretical operation scores of the two groups of nurses were compared. It can be seen from the data that the theoretical and practical tests of instrument nurses in the test group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.The time required for the nurses of the two groups to cooperate with the doctor to complete the renal transplantation. The time required for the preparation of items before the operation, the time from the placement of the donor kidney to the beginning of the operation, and the time from the beginning of the operation to the suture of the skin in the experimental group were all shorter than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).4.Through the analysis of the satisfaction of doctors and nurses between the two groups. The preoperative preparation time of surgeons, the degree of preparation of preoperative surgical materials and the dimension of self-evaluation of nurses’ labor intensity in the test group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Through the comparison of the self-efficacy of the two groups of instrument nurses. The data showed that the sense of self-efficacy of instrument nurses in the test group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.Comparison of professional identity of instrument nurses between the two groups. The data showed that the scores of professional cognitive evaluation, professional frustration coping and professional social skills of instrument nurses in the test group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).However,the differences between the two items of self-reflection and social support of nurses in the test group and the control group did not show statistical significance(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Based on the micro-video teaching mode in the Internet era,the training effect of renal transplantation equipment nurses in cooperation with renal transplantation surgery is improved. This teaching model improves the scores of nurses’ theory and operation examination, shortens the time to cooperate with doctors to complete renal transplantation, and improves the satisfaction of medical staff to all aspects of operation and the sense of self-efficacy and professional identity of instrument nurses.it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Kidney transplantation, microvideo teaching model, training of instrument nurses, sense of self-efficacy, sense of professional
