Clinical Restrospective Study Of Xuebijing Injection In The Treatment Of Hyperlipidemic Acute Pancreatitis

Obsective:To study the effect of Xuebijing injection on C-reactive protein,white blood cells,serum amylase,lipase and triglyceride in patients with hyperlipidemia acute pancreatitis and the difference of hospitalization days.Methods:Collection in November 2018 to October 2020 in the second affiliated hospital of nanchang university hyperlipidemia clinical data of patients with acute pancreatitis,according to the inclusion criteria,in this study,a total of 112 cases of patients,among them,on the basis of whether or not to use blood will net injection divided the patients into blood will net group and routine treatment group,the blood will net group selected 67 cases of patients,Forty-five patients in the conventional treatment group received conventional treatment,while those in the Xuebijing group received Xuebijing injection on the basis of conventional treatment for at least 7 days.SPSS version 23.0 was used to analyze gender,age,length of stay,C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),serum amylase(AMY),lipase(LIP),pancreatic amylase(PAMY),serum triglyceride(TG)and other data before and after treatment.To study the clinical effect of Xuebijing on hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis.Results:The study found that hyperlipidemic pancreatitis was more common in young and middle-aged men.The mean age of patients included in this study was 42.6+9.5years,with a male-to-female ratio of 3.5:1.After 3 days of treatment,there was no statistical difference in CRP between the two groups(P >0.05),WBC,AMY,LIP and TG in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those on admission,and the decrease in Xuebijing group was more obvious than that in the conventional treatment group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).After 7 days of treatment,CRP,WBC,AMY,LIP and TG in 2groups were significantly decreased compared with before,and the decrease was more obvious in Xuebijing group than in the conventional treatment group,with statistical significance(P <0.05).The length of hospital stay in Xuebijing treatment group was significantly shorter than that in conventional treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:Xuebijing injection combined with conventional treatment can reduce CRP,WBC,AMY,LIP and TG in patients with hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis,reduce the length of hospital stay,and can be used in adjuvant therapy of hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis.
