Objective: The fabrication of the anterior capsule orifice is a key step in cataract surgery, and the femtosecond laser can be used to make the anterior capsule orifice more accurately.this study compared femtosecond capsulotomy with traditional manual capsulorhexis phacoemulsification combined with one-piece intraocular lens implantation, early postoperative lens eccentricity and displacement,to explore whether femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery is better than manual capsulorhexis in the stability of industrial lens. Methods: This study was conducted in a prospective study.simple senile cataract patients who underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation in our hospital from 2020.7 months to 2020.11 months were selected.Femtosecond laser-assisted or manual capsulorhexis was performed according to the wishes of the patients. All patients were implanted with Zeiss one-piece intraocular lens.15 patients(18 eyes)in the femtosecond laser-assisted capsulotomy group and16 patients(24 eyes)in the manual capsulorhexis group. All patients underwent a series of routine cataract examinations before operation.one week, one month and three months after operation collected the best corrected visual acuity, the eccentricity and tilt of IOL and the depth of anterior chamber which were measured by Pentcame. Results: There was no significant difference in the corrected visual acuity between the two groups at each time after operation, the average best corrected visual acuity of the two groups was less than 0.1 at each time;at 1 week and 1 month, there was no significant difference in vertical tilt between the two groups.but there was significant difference in vertical tilt between the two groups at 3 months;and there was significant difference in horizontal tilt between the two groups at 1 week,1month and 3 months after operation. There was no significant difference in vertical displacement between the two groups at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation, but there was significant difference in horizontal displacement between the two groups at 1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation.there was no significant difference in the depth of anterior chamber between the two groups. Conclusion: Both femtosecond laser-assisted capsulotomy and manual capsulorhexis can maintain a better position of a piece of intraocular lens in the eye,and femtosecond laser-assisted capsulotomy makes a piece of intraocular lens more stable in the capsule bag than manual capsulorhexis.
