| Purpose:Calculating the detection rate,sensitivity and fake negative rate of SLN in endometrial carcinoma,and exploring the application value of nano-carbon in sentinel lymph node recognition of endometrial carcinoma by using nano-carbon as SLN tracer.Methods:Patients with endometrial cancer diagnosed by pathology in the first affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from August 2018 to August 2020 were included in the study,and the operation was completed in this hospital.15-20 minutes before the start of the operation,2ml of nano-carbon was injected at 3,6,9 and 12 points of the cervix,Implementing laparoscopic total extra fascial hysterectomy + bilateral adnexectomy + pelvic lymph node dissection + para-aortic lymph node resection.The black lymph nodes were identified as sentinel lymph nodes(SLN),and the undeveloped lymph nodes were identified as non-sentinel lymph nodes(NSLN).Sending the resected specimens for pathological examination,and calculating the SLN detection rate,sensitivity,negative predictive value and false negative rate.Results:A total of 65 patients were included in the study,of which 61 cases were found to have black lymph nodes intraoperatively,and the total detection rate of SLN was93.8%,among which 53 cases had black staining on both sides,and the bilateral detection rate of SLN was 81.5%.A total of 1585 pelvic lymph nodes were resected,with an average of 24.4 lymph nodes removed per patient,of which 508 SLNs were resected,with an average of 7.8 SLNs detected per patient.Combined with pathological results,the sensitivity of carbon nanoparticles suspension as SLN tracer for sentinel lymph nodes in endometrial cancer was 100%,the negative predictive value was 100%,and the false negative rate was 0%.Conclusions:Carbon nanoparticles suspension has high detection rate,good safety,high reliability as SLN tracer for endometrial carcinoma sentinel lymph node,which is worthy of promotion. |
