Objective:Objective to investigate the clinical characteristics and compliance of standardized sublingual immunotherapy(SLIT)in children with allergic diseases, and analyze the related influencing factors of compliance,so as to provide more theoretical basis for improving the compliance and clinical efficacy of SLIT.Methods:The clinical data of children with allergic diseases who started SLIT in our hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 and the follow-up period up to June 2020 were retrospectively analyzed, including age, gender, clinical diagnosis, treatment duration, adverse reactions, parents’ education level and compliance status at the time of first SLIT treatment,Objective to analyze and further explore the main factors affecting the treatment compliance of SLIT.Results:1.Clinical features: there were 950 cases of SLIT,including 667 males(70.21%)and 283 females(29.79%).The ratio of male to female was 2.36:1;The average age was(6.95 1 ± The critical value of ROC curve was 9.6 years old,805 cases(84.74%)in low age group were 4-9.6 years old(including 9.6 years old),and 145 cases(15.26%)in high age group were 9.6-14 years old; There were 150 cases(15.79%)with single disease and 800 cases(84.21%)with multiple diseases;456(48.00%)of the children’s parents had low education level,186(19.58%)had high education level, and 308(32.42%)had high education level.2.Compliance: among 950 children with allergic diseases treated with SLIT,256 cases were followed, and the compliance rate was 26.95%;There were 694 cases of exfoliation, and the exfoliation rate was 73.05%.3.Analysis of shedding time and causes: 694 Cases Terminated SLIT treatment in advance, the shedding time was different, mainly occurred in the first 4 months of treatment, accounting for 74.35% of the total shedding.271 cases(39.05%)fell off due to poor curative effect;248 cases(35.73%)fell off due to inconvenient use;168cases(24.21%)were stopped because of the improvement of symptoms;7 cases(1.01%)were stopped due to adverse reactions.4.Univariate analysis of influencing SLIT compliance: The compliance rate of women(20.14%)was lower than that of men(29.84%);The compliance rate of low age group(25.71%)was lower than that of high age group(33.79%);The compliance rate of patients with single disease(20.00%)was lower than that of patients with multiple diseases(28.25%);The compliance rate of children whose parents(29.03%)or both had low education level(21.93%)was lower than that of children whose parents had high education level(33.12%),and the differences were statistically significant.Age,gender, education level of parents and disease type are the possible influencing factors of SLIT compliance.5.Multivariate analysis of slit compliance: low age children were more likely to fall off than high age children(OR = 1.47;95%CI:1.00-2.17)。 Compared with women, men had higher risk of shedding(OR= 1.76;95%CI:1.25-2.48)。Compared with patients with multiple diseases, patients with single disease were more likely to fall off(OR = 1.60;95%CI:1.04-2.48);Compared with those whose parents are both highly educated, those whose parents are both highly educated have an increased risk of falling off(OR = 1.30;95%CI:0.87-1.94;All were low education,OR = 1.92;95%CI:1.38-2.68)。 Gender, age, type of disease and education level of parents were independent influencing factors of slit compliance(P< 0.05).Conclusions:1.Our hospital allergic disease SLIT treatment to male, low age children, suffering from a variety of diseases.2.The compliance rate of SLIT in children with allergic diseases in our hospital is low,and it is most likely to fall off at the beginning of treatment. The main reason for the fall off of SLIT is that parents subjectively think that the treatment effect is not good and terminate the treatment.3.The compliance of SLIT in children with allergic diseases is related to gender, age, type of disease and education level of parents. The compliance of children with single disease, low age and low education level of parents is poor.
