Objective: To assess the effects and safety of traditional Chinese medicine injections combined with Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy(CCRT)in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer. Methods: Literature that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria before December 2020 in PubMed,EMbase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,CBM,Wanfang,VIP and other databases were searched respectively, and the literatures quality was evaluated.Stata15.0 software was used to analyze the data, the area under the cumulative probability curve was calculated, rank the probability of each intervention under different outcome measures to compare the advantages and disadvantages of each traditional Chinese medicine injections under different outcome measures. Results: A total of 37 literatures were included, including 6 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine injections and 3287 patients. The results of Network meta-analysis showed that:(1)In improving the effective rate, the rank results of cumulative probability under the curve were:Shenmai injection+CCRT(84.9%),Kangai injection+CCRT(76.8%),Shenqi fuzheng injection+CCRT(64.8%),Compound Cockatrine injection+CCRT(45.7%),Kanglaite injection+CCRT(41.1%),and Aidi injection+CCRT(36.4%);(2)In terms of the improvement of life quality, the cumulative probability of Kanglaite injection+CCRT(93.5%),Shenmai injection+CCRT(60.8%),Kangai injection+CCRT(51.2%),Shenqi fuzheng injection+CCRT(49.1%),Aidi injection+CCRT(48.8%),and Compound Cockatrine injection+CCRT(45.8%)were in the order;(3)In terms of the incidence of leukopenia, the order of incidence from low to high was:Aidi injection+CCRT(71.8%),Shenqi fuzheng injection+CCRT(65.6%),Shenmai injection+CCRT(60.5%),Compound Cockatrine injection+CCRT(51.9%),Kangai injection+CCRT(49.5%),Kanglaite injection+CCRT(46.2%);(4)In terms of reducing the incidence of nausea and vomiting, the SUCRA values were ranked as: Aidi injection+CCRT(71.5%),Kangai injection+CCRT(64.6%),Shenqi fuzheng injection+CCRT(62.0%),Shenmai injection+CCRT(59.7%),and Compound Cockatrine injection+CCRT(40.9%);(5)In terms of the incidence of myelosuppression, the incidence was from low to high: Kangai injection+CCRT(86.3%),Aidi injection+CCRT(59.5%),Compound Cockatrine injection+CCRT(39.8%);(6)In terms of the incidence of thrombocytopenia, the incidence was from low to high: Compound Cockatrine injection+CCRT(77.0%),Shenqi fuzheng injection+CCRT(72.8%),Shenmai injection+CCRT(70.9%),Kangai injection+CCRT(57.5%),and Aidi injection+CCRT(2.3%);(7)In terms of liver and kidney function injury, the incidence rate from low to high was: Aidi injection+CCRT(73.9%),Shenqi fuzheng injection+CCRT(57.1%),Compound Cockatrine injection+CCRT(54.1%),Shenmai injection+CCRT(49.7%),Kangai injection+CCRT(41.5%).Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine injection combined with concurrent chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer have synergistic and attenuated effects,in improving the effect of Shenmai injection is the best treatment, and in reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions,Aidi injection is the best measure.
