| Objective: To observe the nursing intervention effect of Huolong therapy on rheumatoid arthritis patients with cold and dampness obstruction syndrome. Methods: Sixty-six patients with rheumatoid arthritis with cold dampness Bi syndrome in the Department of Rheumatology and Orthopedic Disease of a Grade III Grade A Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Gansu Province who met the standards of intake and discharge were selected and randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 33 cases in each according to the random number table method. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the intervention group received fire dragon therapy on the basis of routine nursing. The data of general information questionnaire, biochemical indexes(erythrocytic sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein, rheumatoid factor),pain VAS score,TCM syndrome grading quantification table, patient reported outcome scale,HAQ health assessment questionnaire,TCM syndrome efficacy evaluation and the incidence of adverse reactions were collected.Results:1.Baseline comparison of patients in the two groups showed that there was no statistical significance in age, gender and course of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05),indicating comparability. Before nursing intervention, there were no significant differences in rheumatoid factor,C-reactive protein, erythrocytic sedimentation rate, pain VAS score,TCM syndrome score, patientreported outcome scale score and HAQ health assessment questionnaire between 2 groups(P > 0.05),which were comparable.2.After intervention, there was statistically significant difference in C-reactive protein between 2 groups(P < 0.05),while there was no statistically significant difference in rheumatoid factor and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(P > 0.05);VAS scores were compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).TCM syndrome score comparison, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);In terms of joint pain, joint swelling, morning stiffness and joint chills, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).Patients reported the outcome scale, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);HAQ health assessment questionnaire, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Huolong therapy can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in rheumatoid arthritis patients with cold and dampness obstruction syndrome.2.Huolong therapy can improve the joint pain, swelling, morning stiffness, chills and other symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis patients with cold-dampness rheumatoid arthritis syndrome, and reduce the TCM syndrome score of rheumatoid arthritis patients with cold-dampness rheumatoid arthritis syndrome.3.Huolong therapy can reduce the scores of patient-reported outcome scale and HAQ health assessment questionnaire in patients with cold-dampness rheumatoid arthritis,so as to improve the quality of life of patients with cold-dampness rheumatoid arthritis. |
