Effect Of Bushen Shugan Sequential Therapy On Immune Regulation Of Unexplained Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

Objective: To observe the clinical symptoms,related immune indexes and pregnancy outcome of URSA patients before and after treatment,to explore the clinical effect of Bushen Shugan sequential therapy on URSA and to study its pathogenesis.To explore new safe and effective ideas and methods for the diagnosis and treatment of unexplained recurrent abortion.Methods: Sixty patients of URSA with Shenxu Ganyu Symptoms were selected as the subjects.After three consecutive menstrual cycles,the changes of cytokinine(TNF-α、IL-10)secreted by Th1 and Th2,NK cell subgroup(CD3-CD16+CD56+)levels,gated antibodies(anti-CD3-BE,anti--CD4-BE,anti--CD25-BE)rates,TCM symptom integration and pregnancy success were observed.Results:1.The treatment of Bushen Shugan sequential therapy to URSA can significantly improve its clinical symptoms and signs.After treatment,the score of TCM syndrome decreased significantly from 13.23 ± 2.45 to 4.13 ± 1.56,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The positive rate of anti CD3-BE and anti CD4-BE was significantly increased by treatment(P<0.05),but the positive rate of anti CD25-BE before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The serum TNF-α was 0.98±0.43,There was significant difference between 2.11±0.75 before treatment(P<0.05).IL-10 rose to 1.59±1.29,There was significant difference between 0.99 ± 0.87 before treatment(P<0.05).TNF-α /IL-10 was 5.65 ± 11.08 before treatment,Down to 1.08±1.07,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The NK cells decreased from(15.04 ± 4.97)% to(9.01 ± 2.57),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.The sixty patients in this study,fifty one were pregnant again within half a year after treatment,of which forty three were successful(successful pregnancy and more than 12 weeks of pregnancy),seven were miscarried again and one was ectopic pregnancy,and the success rate of pregnancy was 84.31.6.After sequential treatment with Chinese medicine,out of sixty patients,13 cases were recovered with 21.7 percent;35 cases had obviously effect with 58.3 percent;9 cases had general effect with 15 percent;3 cases were invalid with 5 percent;The total effective rate is95.Conclusion: The Bushen Shugan sequential therapy has remarkable effect on patients with unexplained recurrent abortion,which can reduce the level of natural killer cells,promote the positive rate of anti-CD3-BE and anti-CD4-BE of peripheral blood,promote the Th2 secretion of cytokines and reduce the Th1 secretion of cytokines.showed that the sequential therapy of Bushen Shugan can regulate the relevant immune indexes of URSA patients in both directions,improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,improve the adverse pregnancy outcome,and have no obvious side effects,and have a good application prospect.
