Objective: To investigate the factors affecting the poor prognosis of intravenous thrombolysis(Intravenous Thrombolysis,IVT)in patients with acute ischemic stroke(Acute Ischemic Stroke,AIS).Methods: Selection of cerebrovascular disease center in Gansu province people’s hospital between January 2018 and June 2020 71 patients with AIS as the research object, were performed recombinant tissue-type plasminogen activator(Recombinant Tissue-type Plasminogen Activator,r T-PA)intravenous thrombolysis treatment, collect their general data and clinical data. After statistical analysis using univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis to determine the impact AIS factors affecting the prognosis of patients with venous thrombolysis. Results: Among the 71 patients in this study,51 patients(71.8%)had a good prognosis 90 days after discharge, and 20 patients(28.2%)had a poor prognosis 90 days after discharge.Univariate statistical analysis showed that patients with poor prognosis 90 days after discharge had higher onset to needle time(Onset To Needle Time,ONT)(P<0.001),neutrophil to lymphocyte(Neutrophil To Lymphocyte,NLR)(P < 0.001),blood glucose concentration(Blood Glucose Concentration,BGC)(P=0.006),Brain Natriuretic Peptide(Brain Natriuretic Peptide,BNP)(P=0.008)and lower high density lipoprotein(High-density Lipoprotein,HDL)(P < P=0.046)on admission.HDL(P < 0.05),Hypersensitive Troponin(Hypersensitive Troponin,HT)(P < 0.05)and Brain Natriuretic Peptide(Brain Natriuretic Peptide,BNP)(P <0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that NLR(β=2.355,P=0.011),ONT(β=1.372,P<0.005)and BNP(β=1.013,P=0.002)was positively correlated with the prognosis of patients with AIS 90 days after discharge, suggesting a positive effect on the m RS score. Conclusion: ONT,NLR,the BNP is intravenous thrombolysis treatment outcomes for patients with AIS ending one of the important factors of high expression of these indicators can lead to poor prognosis in patients with AIS,we can real-time monitoring the indicators in the process of treatment and timely intervention,to reduce the negative impact of these indicators of AIS patients,so as to improve the effect of prognosis of patients, reduce the burden of the family and society.
