Divergent Synthesis Of 1,2,4-Triazoles,1,3,4-Thiadiazols And 1,3,4-Selenadiazoles From N-Tosylhydrazones

Nitrogen-containing five-membered aromatic heterocycles with three heteroatoms,such as 1,2,4-triazol,1,3,4-thiadiazole and 1,3,4-selenadiazole,have been extensively studied due to their widespread existence in natural products,materials and biologically active synthetic compounds.This thesis is mainly divided into three parts:Chapter 1: The biological activities of compounds containing 1,2,4-triazoles,1,3,4-thiadiazols and 1,3,4-selenadiazoles were introduced,several common methods for the preparation of these compounds are outlined.Chapter 2: The application of N-tosylhydrazones in organic chemistry was introduced,and the synthesis of 1,2,4-triazoles and 1,3,4-thiadiazols from N-tosylhydrazones were summarized,and a series of heterocyclic compounds synthesized from N-tosylhydrazones in our group were briefly described.Chapter 3: The new method for the synthesis of 1,2,4-triazoles,1,3,4-thiadiazols and 1,3,4-selenadiazoles from N-tosylhydrazones was developed,and a series of1,2,4-triazoles,1,3,4-thiadiazols and 1,3,4-selenadiazoles were synthesized.In addition,according to different reaction conditions,two different pathways were proposed.
