| Objective:1.To investigate the bad living habits of patients with PTB,and to understand the differences of living habits among different age groups.2.To explore the influence of many factors, including bad life behavior,on the disease severity of PTB patients,in order to provide some reference for early lifestyle intervention. Methods:A total of 413 patients with PTB in Yan’an second people’s Hospital from October2018 to December 2019 were divided into three groups according to their age:the young group(n=215),the middle-aged group(n=100)and the elderly group(n=98).The differences of bad living habits,MPAI and PSQI scores of PTB patients in different age groups were compared. In order to further explore the influence of many factors, including a variety of bad living habits,on the severity of PTB,413 patients with PTB were divided into mild group(n=254cases)and severe group(n=159cases)according to whether they were complicated with pulmonary cavity or airway lesions,in order to explore the risk factors affecting the severity of PTB patients.Results:1.Investigation on the bad living habits of patients with PTB(1)Bad living habits of 413 patients with PTB:the proportion of 11 bad living habits from high to low was as follows:not wearing masks when going out, poor hygiene habits, single diet structure, gathering of personnel activities, mobile phone use≥2 hours, lack of daily exercise, mobile phone dependence, late sleep, smoking, irregular diet, excessive drinking.(2)Bad living habits of PTB patients of different ages:there were significant differences in daily exercise deficiency, gathering of personnel activities, single diet structure, smoking, mobile phone use≥2h/d,mobile phone dependence and late sleep among different age groups. There was no significant difference in not wearing mask, irregular diet, excessive drinking and poor hygiene habits among the three groups(P>0.05).(3)Mobile phone dependence in PTB patients with sleep disorders in different age groups:there were some differences in mobile phone dependence among PTB patients with sleep disorders in different age groups(P<0.001).Mobile phone dependence is more prominent in young and middle-aged PTB patients with sleep disorders, while there is no mobile phone dependence in elderly PTB patients with sleep disorders.(4)Comparison of PSQI and MPAI scores in different age groups of PTB patients:the total score of MPAI in the young group was higher than that in the middle-aged and old groups, but there was no significant difference in the total score of PSQI among the three groups.(5)Correlation analysis of age,PSQI and MPAI score:there was a moderate negative correlation between age and MPAI score(r_s=-0.678,P<0.001),and a weak positive correlation between age and PSQI score(r_s=0.135,P=0.006);MPAI score was weak positively correlated with PSQI score(r_s=0.097,P=0.048).(6)Correlation analysis of MPAI and PSQI scores in different age groups of PTB patients:according to the age group, the correlation between MPAI and PSQI scores of PTB patients in different age groups was further analyzed. The results showed that there was a weak positive correlation between MPAI and PSQI scores in young and middle-aged groups(young group:r_s=0.282,P=0.016;middle-aged group:r_s=0.273,P<0.001).There was no significant correlation between MPAI and PSQI score in the elderly group(r_s=0.067,P=0.498).2.Analysis of influencing factors of disease severity in patients with PTBAccording to the severity of the disease,413 patients with PTB were divided into mild group(n=254cases)and severe group(n=159cases).To explore the risk factors affecting the severity of PTB patients.(1)Comparison of general data between the two groups:there were significant differences in treatment-seeking delay, diabetes mellitus and chronic lung disease between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in other aspects(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of bad living habits between the two groups:there were significant differences in smoking, excessive drinking, and mobile phone dependence between the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in other aspects(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of nutritional status and etiological positive rate between the two groups:there was significant difference in ALB level and etiological positive rate between the two groups(P<0.05.There was no significant difference in BMI,LYM and HB between the two groups(P>0.05).(4)Logistic regression analysis of multiple factors affecting the disease severity of PTB patients:take the disease severity as the dependent variable, the statistically significant indicators of the previous analysis as independent variables, and assign values to establish a Logistic regression model. The results showed that treatment-seeking delay, diabetes mellitus, smoking, mobile phone dependence, low albumin and positive etiology were independent risk factors for the severity of PTB.Conclusions:1.PTB patients have bad behavior and habits, such as not wearing masks in daily travel, smoking, excessive drinking, poor hygiene habits, and other problems such as long use of mobile phones, mobile phone dependence, late sleep and so on.The problems of smoking and single diet are prominent in the elderly, while the problems of young and middle-aged patients are prominent, such as late sleep, long use of mobile phones, mobile phone dependence and so on.The problem of mobile phone-related sleep disorders caused by mobile phone use is worthy of clinical attention.2.Treatment-seeking delay, diabetes mellitus, smoking, mobile phone dependence, low albumin and positive etiology were independent risk factors for disease severity in patients with PTB.As one of the bad behaviors, mobile phone dependence can increase the risk of severe PTB. |
