| Objective:Observe the clinical effect of acupuncture treatment with Xing Qi Hua Yu method on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease(PID)of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods:A total of 60 patients from the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion and Gynecology of Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2020 to December 2020 were collected and met the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,and exclusion criteria of Chinese and Western medicine.A total of 60 cases were randomly divided into groups with 30 cases in each group.Divided into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture of Xing Qi Hua Yu method,and Xing Qi Hua Yu method refers to acupuncture prescription that consist of the Fuke acupoint and Huanchao acupoint of Dong’s acupoints,Sanyinjiao(SP6),Ciliao(BL32),Zhongji(RN3),Guanyuan(RN4),Zigong(EX-CA1),Taichong(LR3),Xuehai(SP10)of traditional acupoints.The treatment group was treated once a day from Monday to Saturday,the treatment was stopped during menstruation and continued after menstruation,two Week is a course of treatment,two consecutive courses of treatment,four weeks in total.The control group was treated with Fuke Qianjin tablets,six tablets each time,three times a day,the treatment was stopped during menstruation and continued after menstruation,the treatment course is the same as the treatment group.Observe and record the changes of TCM symptoms,signs scores and low-grade C-reactive protein value of the two groups before and after treatment for 4weeks,and evaluate the curative effect before and after treatment,and follow up the clinical effect one month after the end of treatment.Results:Sixty cases were finally completed,and thirty cases each in the treatment group and the control group.The general data,including age,disease duration,disease severity,TCM symptom score,sign score,and C-reactive protein value before treatment of the two groups were not statistically significant(P> 0.05).1.Comparison of Clinical efficacy: The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and the clinical effective rate of the control group was 76.67%.The differences in the comprehensive efficacy,symptom efficacy and sign efficacy between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Comparison of comprehensive curative effect after one month of treatment,83.33% in the treatment group and 70% in the control group,indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group is still better than that of the control group.2.Comparison of TCM symptoms and sign scores: There were no differences in the scores of symptoms and signs between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable;the treatment group and the control group after 4 weeks of continuous treatment,the symptoms and signs scores were significantly lower than the treatment before and after treatment,the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving symptoms and signs,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of C-reactive protein values : There were no differences in the C-reactive protein values between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,the C-reactive protein values of the two groups decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing C-reactive protein values,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.The clinical effect of the acupuncture treatment with Xing Qi Hua Yu method on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type is better than Fuke Qianjin tablets.2.The improvement of symptoms and signs of the acupuncture treatment with Xing Qi Hua Yu method on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type is better than Fuke Qianjin tablets.3.The acupuncture treatment with Xing Qi Hua Yu method on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease of qi stagnation and blood stasis type is better than Fuke Qianjin tablets in reducing the C-reactive protein values and improving low-grade inflammation. |
