| Objective:To observe the effect of core muscle acupuncture on walking function and lower limb surface EMG signals in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Method:In this study,a total of 51 children diagnosed with spastic cerebral palsy who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of this study were collected and divided into comprehensive rehabilitation group(n=25)and core acupuncture group(n=26)by random number method. The comprehensive rehabilitation group received comprehensive rehabilitation treatment, while the core acupuncture group added core muscle acupuncture on the basis of the comprehensive rehabilitation group.Acupuncture treatment was performed once every other day,3 times a week,3 months as a course of treatment,1 course of treatment.Routine rehabilitation training is once a day,30 minutes each time,5 times a week,3 months as a course of treatment,1 course of treatment. Two groups are the gross motor function rating scale-88(Gross Motor Function Measure-88,GMFM-88)in D and E score, calves and tibialis anterior muscle(i EMG),multi-channel semg synergy shrinkage rate(CR)as the main observation indexes.Results:(1)Clinical Efficacy:Both groups were effective after treatment. The total effective rate of the core acupuncture group was 88.46%,and the total effective rate of the comprehensive rehabilitation group was 84.00%.The efficacy of the core acupuncture group was better than the comprehensive rehabilitation group(P<0.05).(2)Gross Motor Function Rating Scale-88 score:After treatment, the scores of D and E areas of GMFM-88 scale and the total scores of both evaluation were increased in both groups(P<0.01),and the core acupuncture group was better than the comprehensive rehabilitation group(P<0.01).(3)s EMG analysis:After treatment,i EMG and CR of gastrocnemius muscle,i EMG and CR of tibia anterior muscle were improved to different degrees in active state, with statistical significance(P<0.01).Compared with other groups, the core acupuncture group was better than the comprehensive rehabilitation group(P<0.01).In the passive activity state, the i EMG of gastrocnemius muscle and tibialis anterior muscle were significantly lower than before, with statistical significance(P<0.01).Compared with other groups, the core acupuncture group was better than the comprehensive rehabilitation group(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)Core muscle acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation treatment can effectively improve the ability of standing, balance and walking in children with spastic cerebral palsy.(2)Core muscle group acupuncture combined with comprehensive rehabilitation therapy can further improve the muscle strength of lower extremity gastrocnemius and tibialis anterior muscle in children with spastic cerebral palsy by increasing the core stability, reduce the muscle tension, and improve the coordination and contractility of active and antagonistic muscles. |
